This company is cold calling and can't even answer the phone once the call connects. Stop wasting small business's time with poor strategy and implementation. Another american company whose sales execs think that Canadians want to support them. Come on y'all, do better and stop wasting those precious VC dollars on bad strategy.

We all know reviews are one of the keys to being successful. TargetBay makes is super simple. I can easily set up review flows, ask for rich media (photos, video,etc.). The other big plus for me is they can syndicate the reviews to Walmart! Loving the App. Their service is top notch too.

Mace has been exceptional. We're by no means experts at email marketing and Mace has been extremely patient, knowledgeable and most importantly educational. Working with him is a pleasure. He's always available for my laundry list of questions and concerns which is greatly appreciated.

This review system is not reliable. You will see reviews on the website and for couple days they are gone from the website. They promised to fix for the entire year however their system will dispensary, they will fix and it will dispensary again. You can not trust the system what so ever and now they deleted the app, took away my reviews and most likely all my reviews of 800 and plus are gone. I have to choose different company and restart my reviews.

Well run company that actually cares about their customers. They want you to succeed. We were sent over to another company when we changed over from BigCommerce. I wish we had just stayed with this company. They have set up many automations and the return on investment is much better.

By now the experience with TargetBay has been great! The transition was pretty easy and the team has been really welcoming and helpful. Ron and KJ are super responsive and answer all my questions in a fast manner. Was having some issues with our previous app and TargetBay has helped us solve most of our issues.

I highly recommend this app and have been using it for over one year. Ron has provided exceptional customer support and has helped me get the most advantage out of the great functionality that the app provides. I just completed a very detailed and informative call with Ron regarding strategies for BFCM. I am very excited to start implementing these strategies, and confident that I will receive the support to execute them successfully. We also discussed their new loyalty program and I am glad to see thatt they have added this feature in time for the holidays.

The owner and key people at TargetBay appeared to be genuinely interested in helping us migrate 4 Apps to their platform but after 4 very frustrating weeks of failed implementation, I canceled both the Reviews and Engage Apps. The feature set at TargetBay is not even close to being as robust as what we have with StampedIO and Klaviyo, and their implementation team did a poor job of migrating over even a single feature set from the other Apps. I give them high marks for their enthusiasm but ultimately, they could not perform. A telling sign that I should have paid more attention to before signing up - they have fewer than 60 reviews themselves and this is their business. With 4000+ installs, you would expect a lot more. I pointed this out to their CEO and his reply was also telling - "we are like the cobbler who has children with no shoes". The 2nd star was given for their willingness; unfortunately, their team could not deliver.

I've been with TargetBay for several years now. My personal CS agent, Ron, is always readily available to help and gets any issues fixed quickly.

Look, when I was first approached by this group, I was concerned. Their workforce is concentrated thousands of miles from my base of operation and their prices were a little too low to feel legitimate (I was with a crappy company before). But man am I glad I came over. TargetBay has the fastest customer service of ANYWHERE I have ever seen. My guy is Ron, who is awesome, but a few others there I have interacted with were great too. I have been able to talk to them via email, zoom, and phone. Phone often actually. There has been an accent issue once or twice, but never with my service rep Ron. The services and features of their app are substantially similar to other services. Not exactly breaking down walls, but definitely what I need. I don't see myself ever jumping ship. Still think my rates are best in class and the service is still AMAZING. They do roll out updates, but not very often. Personally, I like that because with so much going into a business, I like to have consistency. Shopify changes stuff CONSTANTLY and I hate it. TargetBays approach is refreshing in that way. A few of the email building features feel uneven and at times wonkey, but you do learn to work with them. Having used MailChimp and Springbot, the TargetBay UI works about the same. Overall, LOVE these guys. Can't recommend enough. Hope you get Ron. He is awesome!

I have been working with TargetBay for several months now, with email and sms campaigns, as well as retargeting and other elements, and the results have been considerably been better than the other 2 companies I worked with. They have also corrected a product feed issue, which was something beyond me and not even part of their scope of work....their review platform is the best as well, that has been a superb addition to our marketing. Finally, Danielle has greatly helped the email campaigns, by tweeking my templates and adding elements, that I would have never thought of. She is very creative and often completes work in less than 24 hours!

We recently switched from Yotpo to TargetBay. The entire staff at TargetBay made this a seamless transition. I wish I had made the move sooner! We are generating more product and site reviews than we were with Yotpo and the reviews looks great on our website. I am very satisfied.

My account manager Ben has been thorough on following up anytime I have had an issue or concern. It is amazing to work with a company that values 1 on 1 support so much. Very happy to be using TargetBay as it has many useful tools and a UI that is very easy to navigate.

I often forget I am running ads, and he checks in with me to make sure that they are preforming the best they can whether that means a new ad set or a new targeting set, he is always checking to make sure my ROI is amazing. We have used Target Bay for years and it helps a lot when you can relax knowing that people who know what they are doing ensure things get done properly and on time. From reviews, SMS, newsletters, pop ups, automation, Ad Roll. It about covers it all for a Shopify store owner looking to grow without shelling out tons of money with an marketing agency or trying to do all of this yourself with Mailchip etc. The best part is our rep Danielle. She has been with us the whole way and makes everything so easy and fun! I dont leave reviews, but when I do, I prefer Target Bay :)

NO ACTUAL "FREE PLAN" The"FREE" product plan is only for 14 day (even though there is noting about it being a trial on their plan or pricing page). So basically : If I want to keep the reviews that I collected and the set up work that I did to my store, I will have to now pay them $10USD / Month. The app works ok but if I go over their number of reviews I will have to pay more again. In fairness, the site review and product review features look good and are easy to use. I would like to see them add a "share review link" for site and not just products.

The absolute best Customer Service of any company We have worked with! Do yourself a favor and give TargetBay a shot. The contract is month to month and the suite of services are fantastic. We use the email marketing, abandoned cart pop-up, automated emails, abandoned cart emails, email marketing creation services, and adroll marketing. Great time savings to have it all in one place.

Signed up TargetBay after struggling with 2 other apps, and it has already exceeded what the others were lacking. I had a question with a feature and after submitting a question, AK immediately scheduled a conference that answered my questions and also taught me more that I didn't know. Thank you so much!

The onboarding process was easy and they took care of all the setup on my site. They gave good training on how to use the tools. I still have to get try all the features but so far so good.

I've been with Target Bay for a few years now and they are super friendly, very responsive and offer the best customer service. They have also helped us solve super technical problems with regards to sending emails. I would highly recommend.

Had a great call with Balli and AK regarding strategy, function, features for implementing email automation, retargeting and pop ups. Really helpful and excited to get started with them.

I have been working with AK from TB for about 6 months now. He has done a great job with responding to my emails and helping us increase STDIO Beauty's sales through email marketing. He takes the time every week to help me design and schedule email templates to send out which is very helpful for me considering my busy schedule.

I have been using Target Bay for over a year and am quite happy with how it works, it has generated a lot of reviews with the automated emails asking for reviews after shipping products.

This is a great product with excellent support. They were very helpful during the setup, as we worked to customize the look and feel that we wanted. Customer service responds extremely quickly if you have any issues, and our review program has really helped to drive SEO and revenue. This is much more cost effective than some of the other, high-end review programs and the results are superb.

We always hear back and in most cases extremely quickly. We have not had big issues, as it works well, but rather little start up questions, etc.

Target Bay is the best! It’s onboarding process was seamless. Danielle transferred all my reviews from Mailchimp and organized them for me. She was able to implement my pop ups and reviews on both sites within a few days. I have also utilized Danielle to send out email campaigns. It has been a pleasure working with TargetBay. Good for our size company. They are flexible and fast responding and were able to implement email campaigns and pop ups and reviews that we think will help with the conversion of our website. We needed more customer reviews for our new website, and TargetBay delivered. Plus they have a lot more tools to engage consumers, which has significantly improved our conversion rate and return customer rate. The ROI has been awesome, and their customer support is also great! As we keep learning, they help us to tweak our settings for better performance.

This company cannot be trusted they cost us 100's of dollars because they did not follow our policies which we made VERY clear to them from day 1! They sent out emails and showed popups with information that goes against our policies which included discounts advertised on them, which I told them in our very first conversation “We do not EVER discount our products” to which they replied “that is ok we will not offer discounts”. We told them 5 times DO NOT EVER SHOW OR OFFER A DISCOUNT and yet they repeatedly kept doing it I was also told that TargetBay is an Atlanta based company and I will always be able to talk with people in Atlanta but EVERY login to our Shopify account has been from India, and the guy who wanted to do the webinar to show me the back-end was in India with a VERY thick accent.

The on-boarding process was awesome! The step by step walk through was logical and comprehensive. I was really impressed by their preparation of the email templates, which included our logo and sample message. Thank you TargetBay!

I did a ton of research to find the best review site. TargetBay was a little more expensive than others, but once everything was onboarded, I realized why... not only does the company customize your Review layout to match your website... they do it all for you! I read other reviews where companies don't help you. They also did an onboarding phone call and were super nice.

Easy reviews app to set up... TargetBay reviews app is easy to install and it works great instantly. Their support staff is pretty helpful. They helped us set up the email for requesting emails. We attached a coupon to the emails to incentivize our customers to write reviews. Pricing is affordable.
