I had difficulty with someone spamming my reviews. The support for this app helped me fix that and a bug where I could not respond it questions so I am very happy with the help I received. I have been using this review service for a while and I love that my customers can post photos it’s really fun seeing them using the product. I like the ability to answer reviews and questions and engage with customers.

I've been using HelpfulCrowd for about a year now for my website, beyondbohemian.com and I've been really impressed with this app, especially the support that I've gotten from the team there. I've used other review apps before, including some of the other biggest names, but I really like this one the best because of the level of customization and control I have over it. Sure, you might find others that are a little lower cost, but they are often lacking in essential features, especially if you're trying to run a serious business. The increase in conversions and the way I can control the way reviews display make the higher-tier plans very easy to rationalize. I love how, any time I have a question, they are super fast to respond and walk me through everything step by step. They've even offered to do things in my Shopify store on my behalf, where I don't have to touch anything at all. I just tell them what I want, and they're happy to work with code or whatever it is I may need. This is definitely one of the few essential apps that I'll keep in my Shopify stack long-term.

Migrating my reviews from another e-commerce platform was so easy! Great support when I had questions. Yusuf even set up a video meeting to fix a problem I had with the stars appearing in the wrong place. I have been with HelpfulCrowd for several years now and I must say, they are fantastic! Their platform works seamlessly with Squarespace. When I moved over to Shopify, Yusuf helped me move all my reviews over to the Shopify platform. I was ecstatic about that because I thought I would lose all my reviews when I made the transition. HelpfulCrowd is so good, that I have rarely had to contact them. On the few occasions I have, I was able to use their Chat feature and got a response within seconds. Typically, I deal with Yusuf and he's always patient and has always resolved my issue. If you are looking for a review and Q&A platform, I highly recommend them! I wish they had a loyalty platform as well.

Reviews are so important for e-commerce brands that it is crucial to choose a reviews app that is going to work well and has great support. We have found that Helpful Crowd work great on our site, has many features, and, importantly, their customer service is stellar--responsive and helpful. Yusuf helped us solve a technical issue and worked to fix what we needed for our reviews to also appear on Google merchant center. This is key! Love this app and highly recommend it.

I was having some difficulty with the app on my second website, reviews weren't being automatically requested and i couldn't install any reviews on my website (I'm not that techo!) but after a webchat with Yusuf, he worked his magic as usual and got me all up and running, We had a few server issues during the time but with patience from myself and Yusuf everything was dealt with, no problems. Yusuf was great with helping us address our issue through shopify. As theme's etc. were updated, our reviews ended up not being able to be seen on our products. Yusuf explained why, and once given access, he was able to update the necessary code to allow for the reviews to be seen again. Great customer service.

UPDATE: I know that for all business owners it is very important to have an updated review info for an APP that we use. So I would like to give my 5 stars update info on this APP because for more than a year I have never had any issues. Yusuf and Anna are always there to help me enable another feature that comes up. And my conversion rate has risen a lot due to customers leaving reviews and photos. So, do not hesitate to download and trust it. I use this app on three of my store www.maxifashion.bg www.maxifashion.gr and www.cocheti.ro and everything so far if absolutely stunning. I had a great support when needed and they even added Bulgarian language to my Bulgarian store. 5 stars to HelpfulCrowd are minimum of what they deserve.

After much searching we have settled on Helpful Product Reviews by HelpfulCrowd as our review engine on peachandpineapple.co.uk. The app looks good on the page and works well. There is a manual step where you have to embed some code yourself if you want to show the review for each product on the collection page, which had I put in the wrong place, but after contacting support Yusuf quickly resolved the issue and also added the correct widget to the product page for me as I had chosen the wrong one. So far, so brilliant. Thanks HelpfulCrowd. 5 stars!

The single page for reviews is looking great and has better load times than competitors. I'd prefer a review tool that doesn't require the data to be loaded from external servers, but Shopify doesn't want this built in to its system. Even with the difficulties of having the data stored off Shopify's servers, it still looks beautiful (among the best of all review tools available) and the subscription options are best for my website's uses.

I have been a very happy user of this app for over six months. I recently changed my Shopify theme to ecom Turbo and to my horror, the app was no longer showing on the product pages. I have not used the app yet...Just set it up. I wanted to review Yusuf and Anna for their excellent help over the past couple weeks as I worked on this. (It doesn't take that long to set up..Ii was just doing it intermittantly around 100 other things!) They respond very quickly...even after hours. The chat houses in email as well, so you have a record and can respond in chat or email, which is nice. I'm sure the documentation has the answers to the questions I asked, but I hat wading through docs, so thanks to them for answering all my questions. The app setup is actually easy...navigating the multiple screens takes a little getting used to, but I'm sure it will become second nature in a bit. It's good to have all the info available. I've had a chat experience with another shopify app and it was really horrible...this one is excellent.
