This app is exactly what we needed! It completely streamlines the process of seeding products and gifting influencers. No more back-and-forth between Shopify and influencers for discount codes—everything is handled seamlessly. It saves us so much time and works flawlessly. Super efficient with excellent customer service. We love it!

IP Moat is an absolute game-changer for tackling counterfeit products! Their platform is incredibly effective, and their customer service is top-notch. Anna, in particular, is amazing—knowledgeable, responsive, and truly dedicated to helping clients. I can’t recommend them more highly! If we could give a hundred stars, we would. Their pricing is very reasonable and far better than other companies out there. They are instrumental for IP protection! So very grateful for their service!

We are updating our review as a warning to those considering Gorgias. After we left their platform, we endeavored to remove what is ours off of their platform per Privacy Concerns. Gorgias, once again, rather than addressing our concerns and working with us to resolve this very serious matter, is, in response, sending us form letters and sending us in circles (We have had other privacy concerns with them. See remainder of our review below). Buyer beware. Read their TOS to compare and to make decisions before signing onto their platform. We were with Gorgias for around 4 years. They were good in the beginning--had good support and the platform worked as it should. But, in this past year two we grew very disgruntled with them and could not wait for our term agreement to end with them. Reasons: they are very over-priced, their support is spotty (they have cut way back on support in the past couple of years) and they send you in circles, often not resolving the issue. We paid for their phone add-on and it never worked, despite many support tickets. The phone didn't ring to us, it glitched a lot, it was terrible. The platform itself is "noisy." And, one thing users should be very aware of: IF you forward an email from Gorgias to another person and then email the original sender your forwarded email will go to the original person! This is a nightmare for customer service. They did not listen to my complaint about this and sent me in endless circles, which is what they do. They tried to tell me Google does this, but it does not. Their fix? You have to manually erase the messages that fall below the one you are sending, which includes any forwarded messages. As a busy brand, I can tell you, remembering to comb my emails to make sure I haven't forwarded anything when answering back does not happen. What happens? Customers can see what you wrote in forwarded emails and it might not be something you want them to be privy to. We are so very glad to be done with Gorgias. We have moved away from Gorgias, and on to a better platform, that offers excellent customer service without any of these issues and is a lot less pricey.

We are so thrilled to have found this app! It has to be one of the best and most useful for Shopify merchants. We always get customer requests for order adjustments, address updates, etc. etc. This app allows customers to self-service their requests and frees up our time. The team at Order Editing is beyond fantastic. They helped us Onboard, are responsive to help requests. The app they developed is genius and a must-have for all Shopify merchants--it's an app that adds huge value to our site and, at the same time, streamlines our customer service. Highly recommend!

We have been using Helpful Crowd Reviews app since our launch in 2020. We are so glad we chose Helpful Crowd over any of the other review apps. Reviews are so important for e-commerce brands that it is crucial to choose a reviews app that is going to work well and has great support. We have found that Helpful Crowd work great on our site, has many features, and, importantly, their customer service is stellar--responsive and helpful. Yusuf helped us solve a technical issue and worked to fix what we needed for our reviews to also appear on Google merchant center. This is key! Love this app and highly recommend it.

Love this app! We have been using this app for a while now and it is invaluable to us. The customer service is excellent. They just helped us fix an issue. Speedy and fixed it! The app is too basic for an Affiliate app and not enough features to grow a good, robust affiliate program. They also just increased their fee structure with a double percentage. We had just signed on and then received their email of the increased charges. That was enough to make us search for another affiliate program. They do offer responsive customer service, which we liked. But, other than that, no. We didn't see any affiliate sales during the month using them, and, I think, based on other platforms out there, it is likely because the platform is just too basic. Simple is good, but, sometimes simple can be too simple.

So far so good! We needed a template that could integrate with Shopify and this one works well for our needs. Great and responsive customer service.

Great little app that we run in the background for our color variants. It helps bypass the complicated color variant issue we have with Shopify. We like that it is seamless and, bonus, great, responsive customer service.

We just signed on with Wonderment. To date, we have been impressed with their great customer service and onboarding help. The app itself integrates beautifully--very simple, actually. We like the extra store branding that makes our customer's tracking journey much more pleasant and engaging. So far so good!

I wrote a review a while back and wanted to update that we still LOVE this app. We could not ship FedEx on Shopify without it! Their customer support is the best. Shashi Kumar even setup a Zoom call and worked with us to iron out an issue that was on FedEx's side. Shashi went above and beyond to help us and to make sure all was good. Their team responded very quickly to our request for help and walked us through the necessary steps to keep things running smoothly. Highly recommend! ****** This app is fantastic! Exactly what I was looking for and I was so glad to learn about it. We had tried for a really long time to integrate Fed Ex with Shopify and it was impossible. But, now with this app, we can, finally, offer Fed Ex shipping and our one rate! Love it! Jon was incredibly helpful in helping us with onboarding and answering all our questions. If we could give zero stars that would be our rating. This is a terrible app, because FB is terrible. We can't get it to work. No support from FB AT ALL. No way to reach anyone. No contact information. Shopify can't help anymore with this either. What is the use of this? It is beyond confusing. This has been a huge waste of time for us, trying to get this to work again (it used to work until the other day). Beyond frustrating. We have lost revenue from the FB commerce business model for stores, which is a horrible, horrible, horrible experience. Shopify tells us it has to do with the change over to META and everything will now be handled by them. They are a tangled web (pun intended) and treat business owners (small ones anyway) with seeming disdain. What's the point of trying to do anything with them? FB cuts you off. The app doesn't work. There are no humans to help. Stay away!

The most fantastic app we could have on our store. I had searched high and low for something like this app--one where we could have tiered discounts, as Shopify does not support discount coupons and automatic discounts. This app is the perfect workaround. There is no other app like it--believe me, I looked! This app solves a huge problem and works wonders. We love it! It has increased our sales so much. Excellent affiliate app. I had tried others before I found this and those others were just too complicated. Goaffpro is easy to install, intuitive, works wonderfully. They have great, responsive support and many help docs. I love this app and am so grateful for it. We have signed on many affiliates. I think the designers of this app thought of everything someone with affiliates would need. Highly recommend it!

There were fixes that the app noticed that our site needed and without the app we would not have known about them. Invaluable.
