It is good. There is a good dashboard where you can see impressions and clicks. However, the app is not so easy to set up. You have to contact the support center first. It's not an excellent way to welcome a new customer. Free app sync feeds every 24 hrs. Other apps provide a 2-hour sync. There is a paid version too. That you will know after you install the app. Only 1 product you can tag. However, other apps provide unlimited tagging. The support team is very helpful and promt in solving any problem.

Orders are not syncing initially. But after 15 min it shows the orders in panel. So there is no problem. Just have to wait some time.
Buggy app. Doesn't show up in my store. The background color of the app page is black as well as the text. So unreadable. This is a half-backed app currently.
It just ask for review the app in all pages without doing anything as claimed in the app description.

When you installed the app we generated a site audit and optimized your images, 33 total images were optimized, 60% saving per image, and 3 hours were saved by our optimization. Judy and Jayden helped to write the CSS code and made the experience of the app beautiful. The app is lightweight and works better than any similar app. I have tested around 4 free apps and I think my search is stopped with this one. Have a great year ahead and Happy New Year 2023. Update: They tried a lot but they cannot able to fix the problem I raised. So I have to leave this app and go back to my old fully working app that is by Globo.

The shopify catalog connects easily. It is very easy to connect with customers. Abandoned cart campaigns are helping our business alot to recover the abandoned carts.
This is an amazing free app. Having amazing feature of sending product links just like WhatsApp catalog. Almost no use of the WhatsApp plugin, which is a paid app.
Amazing support by the team. They have added extra features in 1 week. Now I am happily using the app.
Worst customer care support. There is no price edit option. No reply to the support ticket. Use Pickrr instead. At least the prices are lower than this shiprocket.

Easy to set up and it syncs with the catalog very fast. Support is also very fast and good. The app does the job.
This app does the job it says. The support is helpful over email. I just love this app in my store which will reduce the communication between the customer and me.

Amazing app and very fast support. The support staff helped us migrate from Ecwid to shopify. It was so easy and fast.
