From the beginning they have answered all my questions promptly and assisted me with some small technical adjustments. Recently they helped me resolve an issue very specific to my store. The app works exactly as it should, the user interface is intuitive and easy to use, and the variety of discounting and wholesale options you receive for the price is unmatched. I run 5+ Shopify stores, and have probably tried 50+ discount apps – THIS IS THE ONE.

This Wholesale app is very much worth the price given the amount of customization allowed, but beyond that I am very impressed by the support team. In my experience they are always responsive and thorough, and they do a great job breaking down exactly what went wrong and how to fix it or prevent the issue going forward. They are a pleasure to work with and I'm very glad they're here to help. I have worked in technical support myself so I know the temptation to give boilerplate answers to common problems, but this team takes the time to investigate and test every time I've worked with them. They should be very proud of their work in that regard.

This app has been an incredible solution for using basic Shopify for wholesale sales. It covers all the main issues such as pricing, minimums, draft/quote orders, hiding prices, etc. all in one app. I was looking at multiple apps to cover my needs when I found Wholesale All In One. It has made the process of building a wholesale site so much easier and streamlined. The staff have been super helpful and very quick to respond. I tried out 5 or 6 different wholesale apps before I tried Wholesale All in One. This was the only app that had all the features I needed to have a good integration with our existing retail shopify store. It was a bit tricky setting everything up, but the support was very responsive with helping me out and discovering a clashing app that was making things not work exactly as I needed. When we went live by importing wholesale customers (from our old separate wholesale website) and tagging them so they would see wholesale prices there were no dramas at all, and wholesalers have been using the new ordering system easily.

We’ve been using this app for a few months while testing it to see if it meets our business needs, and the experience has been excellent so far. The team has been very helpful and accommodating, ensuring we’re able to properly test the features and fully understand how everything works. Communication is always clear and timely, and they consistently go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. It’s refreshing to work with a team that is both professional and genuinely supportive. Highly recommended for their reliability and excellent customer service.

I have been using this app for a few years now and the DigitalCoo support team have been real rockstars. I'm not going to lie, the set up was pretty rocky. It took months of back and forth for the app to function correctly on my site and because of that my first review was for only 2 stars. But since then this has been by far the best wholesale solution that I have found and they have been making a lot of helpful updates and new features along the way. I have a over 400 SKUs and over 300 clients with different pricing tiers all placing orders using the Quick Order Form with NET30 terms. Fantastic app!

I have been using this app for about a year or more for the wholesale side of my business. They have always been very prompt to respond to any technical issue I have had and have worked tenaciously to ensure everything is satisfactory before closing a ticket. The app works well at letting me discount my inventory for wholesale customers. I don't use the full strength of this app, but recommend it to anyone who has wholesale customers and wants to use Shopify to track.

10 Stars Out of 5!!! I needed an app for my skincare company that would allow the public to see our prices, but only allow estheticians to order the products. Additionally, I needed a dashboard for the estheticians to access a single order page with all the products listed conveniently to place bulk orders, track their orders and access resources. I reviewed multiple apps in detail and chose Wholesale All In One, because of their pricing structure and functionality, but I got MORE than I had anticipated. The app is excellent, and does exactly what I needed, but the customer service is the real bonus. I had several questions when I was setting up the app, because I wanted to tweek some small details and their customer service staff went above and beyond to help me with everything I requested. In addition to answering my questions almost as fast as I could ask them, they even created screen shots of my site to show me how to accomplish the tasks. This is the BEST, most personalized customer service I have ever experienced. I give these folks 10 Stars Out of 5!!!

Highly Recommended App for Wholesale Businesses We've been using the Wholesale All In One app for several months now, and it's been a game-changer for our B2B operations. The app is packed with powerful features all managed through an easy-to-use interface. What truly sets this app apart is the customer support. I have recently changed Themes and actively made adjustments alongside other developers. The theme wasn't playing ball with the app on our test site. I contacted Wholesale-All-in-One, and within 24 hours, they implemented the fix that integrated the system back into the website. One error I made was that I had a developer working on minifying the website using a copy that, when put live, was not the same version, and I had to get back in touch with the app developer. I am pleased to say they were helpful and understanding and fixed the system for us again. My only future suggestion would be to include instructions on adding this ourselves when the auto-installation doesn't work as expected. I'm really happy with the service. A little update here, we recently used the app again for another website and they have been fantastic is resolving a few installation issues; they got it working as expected promptly. Very happy with the service.

This app was just what we needed to be able to process orders for our wholesale customers while also working harmoniously with our retail orders. The customer service team is very knowledgeable and so they are able to answer any questions we might have and also solve any issues that require further assistance at a timely manner and accurately.

This app is INCREDIBLE and I highly recommend it and the team. My store is selling to customers and wholesale customers on the same site. Some products are tracking inventory, some are dropshipped. I needed to: • Set minimum order quantities for wholesale customers' first order and then a different amount for additional orders, and not let them be able to checkout until they fulfilled those requirements - done. • Set different MOQs for different products, and not let customers checkout without fulfilling those requirements - done. • Some products to have volume pricing - done. • A sign-up form for my wholesale customers that I could then review and approve - done. I spent weeks trying to stitch together free/less expensive apps to get the functionality I needed and it was a complete headache and didn't end up working as I needed or was missing an important feature, or the apps interfered with each other - after all that time. THIS APP DOES IT ALL IN ONE APP. PLUS there's so many features that I'm not using yet but can as I continue to grow my business. Working with one team vs. various teams already is a lifesaver. Their team is very thorough addressing all of my concerns, professional, kind, understood everything I was needing help with, troubleshooted, provided screenshots and mini videos for me in their responses, and the app is working beautifully. I cannot recommend this app or team enough.

A fantastic app. Unlike many other wholesaler apps this one integrates natively to the Shopify ecosystem which allows it to play nice with other app integrations. We had tried to resolve problems with another app for about 3 months before making the switch and All in One worked right away, and completely solved our troubles. Good app, great support.

This does everything I need it to do. There are some things I wasn't aware of until WAIO was live on my site and customers were using it which was frustrating but it was only due to my lack of knowledge. Any issues I had the team had the answer. Only once was the response slower than usual. Pretty happy, I'll definitely keep using it.
