WC Wishlist & Back in Stock

I’ve been searching for a good wishlist and back-in-stock notification plugin at a reasonable price for quite some time, and eventually decided to give WC Wishlist a try. It’s been a genuinely pleasant experience so far, especially thanks to the prompt responses and excellent customer service I’ve received. As a vendor who strongly believes that earning customers’ trust starts with providing the best possible service, I really appreciate seeing the same philosophy from WC Wishlist. They’re doing a great job, and I’m very happy with the experience so far.

Original review: This app does what it says on the tin, and is fairly easy to integrate and use. We have used it for some time, and are more than moderately happy.

We rely on this App frequently. It gives us a quick over snapshot of the demand for us to analyse and refer to for future collections in design.

Wir haben die App für unseren Shop installiert und sie hält absolut, was sie verspricht (Wunschliste & Back-in-Stock in einem). Da wir das "Prestige" Theme nutzen, gab es anfangs kleine optische Verschiebungen bei den Icons im Header (Desktop und Mobile). Der Support (Paresh) hat sofort im Chat reagiert und den CSS-Code innerhalb von wenigen Minuten perfekt für uns angepasst. Jetzt sieht alles extrem edel aus und fügt sich nahtlos in unser Design ein. Klare 5 Sterne und absolute Empfehlung!

I use WC Wishlist & Back in Stock and I'm really happy with it. The app works smoothly, is intuitive, and does its job flawlessly. The biggest plus, however, is the customer service – communication is immediate, and the help is specific and effective. Every question I had was resolved quickly and professionally, without unnecessary delays.

I installed and then uninstalled 6 other wishlist apps. I am glad I found this one. It ticks all of the boxes, has great features for a good price. My favourite feature is that my customers can create multiple wish lists and can share them! I booked in a conference call to have the app installed correctly on my store. Customer service is very quick. Jigs P has been able to fix my enquiries within half hour of me emailing. Dont waste too much time trying a handful of others (I've done that) try this one first! This app is incredible! I truly feel this app is helping generate sales and keep customers coming back. I also absolutely love Jigs who works on the Wishlist Club Team. Great app with many features at a low price. Excellent and stable service. If I want to change something, I just need to send a description via email, and Jigs takes care of it immediately within 24 hours or often faster. I've been using this app for several months now and I'm very satisfied. The app does what it's supposed to do; I highly recommend it.

Update from today 12 August 25 Received a prompt and efficient support to make a change in the base file as the icon was gigantic on my pages after the app had an update. Very pleased with the urgency. Thanks so much ---- Updated Feb 24- Been using this app for a few months now. Customer service always prompt to help as i had updated my Shopify version 13 and all codes vanished. Jigs was very helpful in getting the previous layout/coding done for me when I got stuck. App works well ----- I have downloaded this app last week and I was able to add the code code in some of the pages, but could not do it for the collection page. I asked for the support team to help and they were very prompt in helping me. They added the code to the collection and did a couple of more changes I needed. The app seems quite straight forward and on the free version you can have the option of guests saving the products which I like, and also have some visibility of what was saved and the email trigger.

The application works great and the technical support is fast.

I have never had such a great experience with a support team before. I had some difficulty setting up the app and integrating the code into our theme but Jigs was very helpful and fixed everything right away. I’ve been really impressed with Wishlist Club so far. It’s made a noticeable difference in how our customers interact with our store. The ability for guests to create multiple wishlists and share them were key features for us. We also appreciated Wishlist Club's approach to restock and price drop alerts, and it was strong enough that we decided to switch from our previous provider to use theirs instead. During launch, we ran a “Submit your wishlist for a chance to win the whole wishlist” promotion, which was a hit. The analytics give us a clear picture of what products people actually care about.
