They keep updating the product, and we keep suffering with their updates, now, our team has experienced interruptions for many times, this has delayed our shipment process which depends on this app. Now, we started using shopify native order printer app, converted all the template codes that we optimised by using ai solutions. we don't recommend at all....

Update (June 1, 2025) We're removing the app completely, it has been devastating for our company because the stamped io services are not accessible in Turkey. Update (May 16, 2024) We regret to inform you that our experience with both the loyalty and review apps has been extremely disappointing. We've encountered persistent issues with slow loading times on the back end. Customers are unable to see the loyalty widget, and reviews load at an unacceptably slow pace. Moderating reviews is particularly frustrating, as page loads take an excessively long time. Additionally, when there is an unsolved issue, they are unable to provide a timeframe for fixing it. Despite numerous communications with their support team, they have been unable to resolve the issues, consistently claiming they cannot detect any problems. However, both we and our customers continue to face these performance issues. After more than three years as a Shopify Plus customer of Stamped.io, we had high hopes for their service. Unfortunately, we can no longer recommend this platform. We will be transitioning to Okendo and hope for a better experience. ==== Update (March 13, 2023) The quality of support and responsiveness has been improved very well. We can now get resolution in a short period of time from Stamped team. Thanks for getting better. ==== We've been using stamped for almost 3 years, we're shopify plus customer with Enterprise plan. These days bugs are keep increasing, loyalty launcher doesn't reflect the changes. Many customers experiencing problems with their points and rewards. Customers cannot write review on launcher panel. We've been submitting support tickets to stamped; however, there is almost no response for weeks. I think stamped servers and team cannot handle big demand. Please be aware of the situation. We've been fan of stamped but nowadays stay away. Hope to switch another provider soon. ===== We love using Stamped for so long time, in all aspect we recommend it. However, the review request experience needs to be improved, also default widgets needs to follow theme style.

We are extremely pleased with Wonderchat and use it on our website. They are a productive team that is receptive to growth. They also provide us with prompt assistance when we run into issues.

We've been using HidePay for months to reorder payment methods, hide some of payments based on certain conditions. So far the app works perfectly. The support team is very helpful and quick in case we need help. Strongly recommend this app for checkout payment customisation.

One of our hot apps, we've been using Zipchat for over months. Customer engagement is fantastic, conversion rate is very high. The support team is incredibly helpful.

Fronzee app has been our number 1 app for our shopify plus store. To sum up: Customer service: Super helpful and prompt. Costumer login page: Now it looks super professional, even better than Amazon : ) Similar shopify apps are not good in terms of design and solutions. Social login with google: This streamlines customer's login to our store. It is super good especially Google's native login prompt. More login better recommendation for customers. Whislist: So far the best Wishlist app that has an amazing design, lots of reminders (e.g. stock and price alert with free email) Translation: They work perfectly for our locale. Custom forms: It is incredible feature where we collect customer profile and save them as a customer meta data to reuse.

Forget about all other shitty wheel discount apps. I tested lots of wheel discount apps, most of them are like shit. Messes up with your data, and doesn't have proper design for both front end and backend. One Click Popup has the highest quality of design, responsiveness, functionality. It is so native that you'd think that it is developed by shopify itself. I'm so much satisfied the quality of work you've done with your app.

The best announcement bar so far... It is very dynamic and flexible. Really satisfied with design and support.

It's a bullet proof app that we've been using for years as a Shopify Plus customer. I strongly recommend this app over others.

Super cool, flexible layouts (both static badges and text based badges are available) and easy to use. The developer keep adding new features like announcement bar. We previously used another badge app which changes all product pictures. However, this one is much better, all badges are dynamic which doesn't disturb product pictures. The developer provides very quick support and very quick fixes. Highly recommended. Thanks

We're a shopify plus merchant. We don't recommend this app because of the following reasons: All the customer names are mixed up because of this app. When Klaviyo integration is activated, first names are replaced with email initials. For example, if customer who joined the wheel with xyz@hotmail.com, customer first name becomes xyz. In case it is an existing customer, all customer database are messed up with this. I asked many times to support, they are so slow, not resolving any issue at all.

We're using Shopify Plus. This is one of the best app in terms of front/back end design, performance, and feasibility. The support is super fast and helpful. So far, we didn't know that the discount codes can be applied before the checkout process. It works very well. All the use cases were considered very carefully including Gift Card cases. Anyway, I think all shopify merchants should install this app. Otherwise, you'd lose money each second :)

Works very well on our store. We can now offer gift packing to our customers with additional cost :) The most importantly, the app doesn't inject code into the theme. The developer is very responsive, he helped to customise the currency symbol. Thanks a lot.

I didn't like it because of the floating icon on the bottom of the page. It destructs the look and feel. There are also plenty of copy that cannot be translated.
