Great post-purchase survey app with very responsive support We use Zigpoll for a simple post-purchase attribution survey in our Shopify store (“How did you hear about us?”). The setup offers a lot of flexibility, including custom answer options, multiple columns and good integration with the Shopify Thank You page. I also contacted support with a question about the free plan limits and received a very quick and helpful response directly from the founder, which I really appreciated. One thing that could be improved is the styling of the Shopify post-purchase block. Zigpoll offers several color and background options, and the selected colors are visible in the Zigpoll preview, but not all of them seem to carry over to the actual Shopify Thank You page. For example, I was able to select a pink/accent appearance in the preview, while the live Shopify page remained limited to white/grey background styles. But maybe that was just my mistake. Overall, a very useful app with a lot of customization options and great support.

Great survey app - extensive and thorough. I use Zigpoll for one big survey this past month to get insight into moving my product line forward and it really paid off. My customers sailed through it and answered every question. Easy to set up. Easy to get the results. I had one little misunderstanding at the end which was quickly handled and explained. Great customer service. Thank you Zigpoll - I'll be back.

I set up a post purchase survey, exit intent survey and abandoned cart survey. All are working good and the insights after just a few hours have been very valuable. The surveys are very customizable. Support was also excellent.

The best survey app and the most helpful support! We have been using the app mainly for our post purchase NPS survey for a few years now. After moving to another customer service platform that didn't have a very robust native CSAT survey capabilities, we have started into different options. ZigPoll support built the integration for us in just 2 days! Highly recommend!

Great app with so many options to customise. I love how easy it was to integrate with my thank you page and show new customers a survey. So many options on the survey, I'm surprised this doesn't cost more! Jason is also really helpful which is a great bonus!
cannot recommend this app enough. this is one of the very few apps on Shopify that just work brilliantly and deliver exactly what it says it will. we were blown away by how easy it is to use and how user friendly the UI is, not to mention it gives a goldmine of valuable data that helps us improve our CR and customer satisfaction. cannot recommend enough. I recently found this app. I'm trying to get more insight on my website and how customers feel around using it and about my products, I decided to give it a chance. Their free plan is a great way to start off and see how well these surveys go. I had a problem installing the survey onto my website. Within 24 hours Jason got back to me a few times after the first guide didn't work and was able to help me install the survey. Great customer service, while being super easy to use and implement onto your website. Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone.
Zigpoll is the best post-purchase survey tool we've found. Setup is simple, the survey flows feel native on-site, and the response quality is genuinely useful for understanding why customers bought. We use it to feed ICP research directly into our creative strategy. Does exactly what it promises.

Required some assistance and received help the same day in order to make sure things were working properly. Sometimes in other apps I receive help within 2 or more days. This was a nice difference.
I used zigpoll to send a surveys to customers, it went easy using their ai. Editting what the ai created was easy. the customer service department is very helpfull and not in rush like those of some other apps i used. I like that u can handle all kind of surveys from post-purchase pop-up to email survey and pre-exit survey, here in the same app.
Great app with excellent support! Zigpoll was super quick to set up and thanks to the ready-made templates I was able to launch my first surveys right away. The interface is intuitive and the setup process is straightforward. What really impressed me was the support: they responded incredibly fast and were able to answer all my questions and solve my issues quickly. Big fan! I use other apps for reviews, but prefer zigpoll for polling customers. Is way more detailed and customizable, and the AI insights are actually super helpful in summarizing data. The customer support is also top tier. Can’t recommend enough!

We've started using Zigpoll to request customer IDs on the thank you screen. The team was very helpful and assisted us with implementation! We will definitely explore further to get the most out of the surveys.

Attribution is extremely hard to pinpoint these days. What I love about Zigpoll is you can see the entire pathway: what the customer clicked on or searched to find your site vs. what they self-reported can be very enlightening. The fact that Zigpoll can integrate with pretty much any platform we use is also a huge plus. Their customer service is unparalelled, we always get replies within 24 hours whenever we have any issue, and every problem we encountered has been resolved easily with their help!
I’m new to Shopify and was looking for a survey tool to use on my store. That’s when I found Zigpoll — and it’s been amazing. Whenever I have questions, the team responds so kindly and clearly explains what I need to do. It’s honestly so, so good. I highly recommend it! Zigpoll is awesome. I needed a specific update for my form panels (checkbox randomization) and the founder actually made sure it was built and implemented for me within a week. It is rare to find a founder who listens to feedback this closely and acts this fast. 5 stars isn't enough – super happy with the experience and we'll be using this for a long time to come.
We've been using Zigpoll for about a year and it has been incredibly useful. Not only is it super easy to setup, but the number of customers who fill the forms is high enough for us to make meaningful decisions based on the Analytics. Lastly, support is fantastic! We had a billing question and got an answer within minutes of submitting it. We're really impress and could not recommend this app enough.
