Very easy and straight forward to set. We are using this app to add manual bought together product recommendations so some of our best sellers. App appears to be lightweight and loads fast when navigating to a product and is non intrusive. There's a free plan too so no harm in giving it a try! Updated in 2022: The email support and quick and fantastic!

It's currently impossible to delete or mark conversations as inactive from the desktop web based version. You will have to download their mobile app in order to do this. How this was published without such a feature for desktop users is baffling to me. Yes, I understand there is a work around but no one runs their full time business from their phone only. And no one who manages a large amount of customer support does it from their phone either.

We have been using GLS for years. Happy to see them get an official app store integration with Shopify!

Great customer service and a very powerful tool. Highly recommend. Salem from pagefly was a great help to us.

I wish we could use this app however this is no support for setting different timelines for different shipping zones or shipping methods. Your only option (that I can find at the time of writing this review) is to set a blanket "x" day(s) shipping time on your product. There is not enough tools to offer an accurate time frame that we can stand behind at this time. However we look forward to seeing this app updated in the future to support different time frames based on the customer's location.

Asks me to enter a new e-mail to make an 'account' every time I want to make changes to the share icons. And I can't use the same e-mail I used last time (with no option to log in). Looks like they are just collecting an e-mail list to me. I would avoid. (Wish Shopify would allow me to place a 1 star review but I'll have to settle for 2). We're really sorry for any inconveniences you experienced during installation of this app. We assure you we are NOT just collecting emails and this app very much works for most users. We do have an issue with Safari browser users at this moment and if you are also using the Safari browser when trying to install this app that could be the reason you're having this problem. If so please use Chrome or Firefox for the moment. We are trying to resolve this Safari issue now. If you are not using Safari, we would very much like to know what your specific issue is and would love to work with your to get this resolved.
