After trying over a handfull of apps Sumtracker finally provided us with a solution for our biggest challenges. The installation and setup went very smooth. Within a few hours I already was on a videocall with one of their staff who was able to answer all of my questions. The price is a bit higher than other apps but everything works and it saves us a lot of time, which is a win! Thank you Thanks a lot for the review Bram! We're here if you need help with anything! The interface and the functions of this app are great. I unfortunately managed to mess my entire store up by miss-using one of the functions. This was my own bad as I should have watched the videos better. It was a struggle to get my products back in to their original state and overall I just want to warn people to pay very good attention if you use this app. The guy in support answered very fast but we didn't manage to find a solution.
It never worked. The people did try to always help and always were professional.
Installed the app yesterday, needed some backend changes and they already fixed it. Support person was very helpful, friendly with only positive vibes and knowledge. Thumbs up!!!!

Early Sunday morning yet their support team managed to help us within minutes. Would highly recommend this provider, very impressed! Update August 2023: Their support team is amazing, had some issues in the code and they solved it within minutes.
