Edit. July 26. Saved my life again after Sidekick made changes to my product pages with unintended consequences. Reverting to a backup theme no use in that situation but Talon was there for me:-) I have always been nervous about the fact that Shopify does not do a backup of the store, or at least not one that can be accessed by the owner in the event of anything going wrong. Some of the apps that do this are quite costly for a small store, also with some of them you have no idea whether they have worked until you find you have to do a restore. What I like about this app is that you can see any part of your store, be it blog posts or products or whatever and restore at the click of a button. So, it's not just a handy app to have should disaster strike but also allows you to reinstall a previous version of sections if you have been editing them etc. Any app is only as good as its support and I'm happy to say the support here is excellent. Michael was delving into a problem for me as soon as I notified him of it and in the end discovered that it was a fault with Shopify and not the website. I highly recommend this app for anyone who wants peace of mind. Thanks for taking the time to report the success using the app for a second time. I'm super glad to have your shop using the app. It can be difficult to know exactly what other apps actually do to your shop - where they modify things. One of my goals with the app is to make that apparent through increased visibility here. Not many people write these reviews and even fewer provide real use case details. I have had this app in place now for a considerable period of time. I noticed that I was receiving many false bot checkouts and newsletter signups, I'm talking about dozens of them every day. This was playing havoc with my analytics and attempts to build customer lists for emails. I tried a few apps to deal with this, all of them completely ineffective. Fortunately, I continued to try out apps until I discovered Armex. It worked instantly and it continues to do so. The support is simply second to none, always there and always willing to help. I cannot speak highly enough of them!

The app looks great and is very customizable. Also, The support is fast only efficient, any queries and they are ready to help. Big shout out to Zydrunas for his help.

The app works great and is much more competitively priced than the alternatives. In my experience what makes or breaks an app is the customer service and here it's fast and outstanding. Big thanks to Hernane for dealing with my queries today. Definitely recommend this app.

Possibly the biggest pile of poo ever dumped on so many by so few.

Worst documentation ever in an app. Spent heaps of time setting up the shipping rules so that we could automate the process, then we get to the end of it to find out that if the order contains more than one product you have to enter the postage manually. Why not say that at the start ? The vast majority of our orders are for more than one item which is why we inserted all the weights and package sizes to account for that. A complete and utter waste of time. Edit. 23/10/23. Lack of reply noted, I guess when you get too big to care.....

This is a very efficient app with good support. It's clearly very well thought out with clearly defined options. Most importantly it does what it says on the box, a lot of apps claim to do that but few achieve it. Highly recommended for anyone that needs to use this.

If you have a blog on Shopify then you will know how poor the spam filtering is, this is the only app that I have found that sorts the problem. So slow it's embarrassing. That's me I'm talking about by the way and not this great app! I really should have left a review on this before now because I've been using it for so long but it just works so effortlessly in the background that I forget I have it set up, except when I look at my analytics and see how well it's working for me. Even the best app is only as good as it's support and when we've needed to query something or to check how we do XYZ, Stephen and his team have always been there for us, and fast with it. Can't recommend it highly enough, and I don't say that often:-)

I've been on Shopify for five years and over that time I have learnt to be wary of apps promising more than they deliver, or even worse, totally messing up my website. Therefore I am ultra-cautious when installing apps and absolutely vigilant in checking their performance. To be honest they don't get much better than Smart SEO, the app itself enabled me to optimise pages that a third party SEO check had found efficient. Then when I ran into other SEO problems specific to my site, support was superb and way beyond what I could expect. Milen went into my site hand coding and removing these errors and there were quite a few of them left behind from the previous app. When I ran a site audit I came out 100%, never seen that before! That's my input, I tested them and they delivered!

I have been using this app for a while and it's always worked flawlessly for me. Recently I had a problem which turned out to be nothing to do with the app but what impressed me was the sheer speed and efficiency of the response when I needed the support. Absolutely first class service so therefore I've decided to leave the first-class review:-)
