I've been very impressed with Starshipit throughout our trial. We're still evaluating whether it meets our business needs. There are a few quirks and idiosyncracies, but it delivers probably 95% of what we need now and into the future. The onboarding has been great, though. Holly has been able to answer questions about our specific needs and has been very responsive throughout.
My existing templates don't work with the new app. The order number, date, and barcode are all missing—three items that are essential for picking and packing orders. We've been using this product for over a year now and are very happy with it. I recently had a question about search results and the team was very quick to answer and go out of their way to improve the appearance of results. Excellent service!
