I used to be able to delete replays every 7 days. They changed this to every 30 days which violated the terms of my subscription - I subscribed knowing that I would be able to delete replays every 7 days and was not informed that this would change to every 30 days. So I removed the app and Installed a free replay app instead. Not sure if its a good idea to get greedy with replay views when free replay apps are available on the shopify app store.

Hello friends at VVS Jewelry, You're right. Our change to the delete all replays option should have come with an email and a date. That's on me. The why: recording replays is our main cost. Weekly resets let an account record several times what its plan covers each month, and as a small business ourselves we unfortunately can't absorb that cost any longer. The app and app maker are both amazing! Dan has been a pleasure to work with. Extremely responsive and really knows what he's doing. My site has honestly never been this fast. I wasted a lot of money on Fiverr + Upwork freelancers to speed up my theme and I didn't think Shopify was capable of going this fast unless I went on their Plus plan. This app is definitely worth installing and faster sites convert better, so you're losing money by not having this on your store. Highly recommended.
Installed the app just to leave my experience. I've asked the app owner twice to remove from mailing list because I already have a custom insurance upsell coded in where I keep all revenue. Anyone looking to do this I suggest coding in your own solution. There's no reason to give spammy app owners a percentage of your hard earned sales.

Thank you very much for your valuable feedback. Upon investigation, we discovered that the issue was related to the use of an adblocker extension. Our app's subdomain contained the word "ad" which triggered the adblocker and prevented our app from loading. We have taken immediate action to rectify this issue, and we can assure you that our app is now functioning properly.
This effin app broke my site wtf I'm getting a syntax error on all images. Had to use a backup theme. Support is nowhere to be found. This should be removed from the app market asap
Misleading. It says its free but once you install it you get a message on your homepage stating: Please activate plan for Instagram Feed + Stories to remove this message and continue using the app. Pretty embarrassing if you install the app and unaware of the message inserted by the app on your homepage. App owner should at least make people aware that the app isn't entirely free and that it will insert a message on your homepage for all to see.

Sorry for the inconvenience, the first screen of the app takes you to that page to activate the plan and a small link which says "skip to try for free", only if you use that option, we add the message so that you don't forget to activate the plan before you cross 1000 visits. If you wish we can remove the message for you, please let us know.
Quickly installed/uninstalled app just to leave a review. These people do not stop calling my phone number. I've asked them numerous times to stop contacting me by phone or email. I'm not interested in any of their services nor will I ever be interested. Yet they continue to harass me over the phone. Unbelievable. Use their services at your own risk.

Pricing is based on TOTAL sales, not sales attributed to the use of this app. I ended up losing money by using this app. How they set up their pricing makes no sense. This seems to be a scam. Shopify should review. ****************************************************************************** Updating my review to 5 stars. Upon second review I actually see the merit of this app. Its primary goal is to help you get more sales with order tracking. I'm looking for an order tracking app (primary function) with the ability to upsell/cross-sell. So although the app currently doesn't fit my needs, I do see how it can help Shopify stores earn more money. Support has been fantastic and helped set up a highly converting Thank You page. I recommend giving it a shot.

Thank you so much for your review :) We tried reaching out to you multiple times, on messenger & email but couldn't get any response, would you please consider getting back to us so we can solve your problem, I'm sure we can figure something out! As for the pricing, It's literally written in the pricing section above that we charge based on store orders and not orders generated by the app. The reason for that is that many Shopify store owners are using features in the app that are not generating any revenue like post-purchase surveys, order tracking, birthday collector, etc. So we tried to come up with pricing that makes sense for everyone :) That said, most stores see an ROI of 1,000% - 10,000% and I'll be glad to personally make sure you see the same numbers if you'll give us another chance :) Thank you again, and I want to apologize again if your experience with us wasn't what you expected so far, Eric | ReConvert CEO
****ing app disabled my cart page. I didn't know until a week after when a customer asked me why products added to his cart wasn't showing up on the cart page. I thought it was a facebook tracking issue. I wasted a lot of money because of this app.
Site's homepage started taking long to load because it was waiting for code.jquery.com which may have something to do with this app. Also according to facebook pixel helper my main pixel was showing errors. Uninstalled app and rolled back theme.liquid and its now loading fast with no pixel issues. This app needs more work.
