Very easy to use and customer-service is brilliant. I hope they'll develop more features for their UGC galleries such as the ability to have several items tagged in one photo but the option to have just one product linked or manually select how many urls to have linked. Also, being able to link shopify-tags to their tags would be brilliant when creating "collection" galleries....and also being able to manually select media order in their automated galleries (it can only be done in product galleries, from what I understand).

The customer service is absolutely FANTASTIC! Special thanks to Lisa and Andrea for their kind patience in answering my many questions. I'm giving 4 stars because the starter (paid) plan could offer more "rewards" than it does currently. Also, the interface/navigation is very frustrating. Certain things like the widget are edited via two seprate sections, which can be a nightmare if you're still familiarising yourself with the setup........And there's so many additional options/settings available and you don't know your plan is not entitled to them until you start clicking and try activating them. That, is very frustrating as a user.

Highly recommended. Very easy to install - However if you have issues editing the app, don't hesitate to contact the team. They're super helpful and kindly patient, plus they reply fast! I had issues editing the app for my shopify and they really helped me to adapt the app to my theme.

I was very impressed with the samples I received. Quality of sewing was very good. So are the materials, very soft. Customer service is amazing! Great potential BUT so many flaws that I'm looking for an alternative now.... 1-Like all other reviews, I don't like that profiles are being created when someone enters their email address - I doubt this is even legal (following current privacy/GDPR regulations) 2-The fact that customer have to screenshot an image so I can see what product they're talking about is not practical. The app should be able to automatically "capture" whatever product-page they're contacting me from (other apps do this). 3-I should be able to reply to these people via text (instead of -or as well as - email). I've lost sales because of this. A customer may not see a reply if it's sent to their email inbox, even if I reply within minutes. That email may even end up in their spam folder and I don't have the time to be chasing POTENTIAL-customers individually. Good things: the design is beautiful. Installing the application super easy. The FAQs feature is beautifully designed and so easy to use/customise (the faq-suggestions given are amazing).

Amazing app and the customer service is absolutely incredible -they go above and beyond everytime I reach out, and they reply so quickly!!!!. I've upgraded from the free version to the paid-version. Both versions are equaly worth it. If you're unsure or have a super tiny business, start with the free version and then upgrade. It's an investment WORTH HAVING. Since I implemented reviews, my website's conversion rate has greatly increased. UPDATE: I've had CONSISTENT amazing customer-service and help from the staff. They fix my bugs within minutes (I'm using a custom-made theme). Special thanks to Hakima, Fatima, Christian and Abderrahim who've all helped me so far

It's PERFECT -on desktop and mobile! and the customer service is SUPERB! If you're looking to create tailor-made, product-recommendations for your site, this app does the job beautifully. It self-installs very easily and within minutes (I have a custom-made theme). I reached out for help and they (Yusuf) helped me within minutes and answered all my queries. I'm extremely happy! EDIT: (June 2023) The app is still great to use! (custom-made theme). Yusuf's customer service is still brilliant!

Very impressed with app so far, offers very detailed reports -not available on Basic Shopify. Customer service are very approachable via Chat button (no AI bots!). Highly recommended.
