Their support team is super responsive and knowledgeable, which has been a huge plus whenever we need quick guidance. The reporting tools provide solid insights into performance, though there's some room for improvement in customization and deeper data visibility. Overall, Attentive has helped us grow our email & SMS lists, increase engagement, and drive measurable revenue.

The integration between Shopify and Okendo is outstanding and I found it very easy to import reviews from another source. The turnaround time is amazing too-In just a matter of an hour or two the reviews were live on our page. Margaux from Okendo is such a pleasure to work with. Not only did she help walk me through the process, She also worked with one of my vendors to ensure their reviews would import correctly into Okendo! Thank you so much! We've been using Rebuy now for 7 months and it's helped significantly to boost AOV and repeat sales. It's one of our key e-commerce apps and works with some of our other top apps like ReCharge Subscriptions. We use the one-time order follow up feature to drive repeat sales and sell new subscriptions and the intelligent cross selling feature to drive increased engagement and add to carts from our product pages.
