This app has been super helpful to us over the years. It allows us to collect customer phone numbers so we can send out a text when products come back in stock. It's awesome to see the sales attributed to the sms messages. Totally worth it and easy to set up.
We’ve been with Attentive for several years now and it continues to be a great decision we’ve made for our business. The platform is incredibly easy to use, reliable, and syncs seamlessly with our Shopify store. Their customer service team is always responsive and helpful. Our SMS marketing continues to perform exceptionally well thanks to this great platform! Highly recommend.
So far this app has done what I need it to without any issues and their support is always helpful when I have any set up questions. Definitely recommend it for automatically adding a free gift with purchase or showing upsell options to customers.

The customer service has been a huge help and the platform works well. We still do have to manually input the links from our competitors into the app, but a few hours after you submit it, it tells you the price. If not they have an easy way to submit a claim to get it corrected. Haven't had an issue with the dynamic pricing either. One thing to keep in mind is that there is no field for the MAP pricing. We have developed a workaround for it outside of the app, but that would be the one thing I would recommend they add.

The customer support at this "customer support" software is comically bad. I have been using this software for almost five years and can not wait to get away from it.

Shoplift is fantastic. It makes it easy to edit your pages to run the tests you want. My only wish is that it would let you also test Checkout. Otherwise, I'm excited to get to use this app and optimize our store!
It's super easy to use. We just switched from Magento to Shopify and this was probably the easiest part of that transition.
