Reliable backups and fast, helpful support We run a B2B HoReCa store with almost 2,000 products and a lot of apps that sync and bulk-edit data, so having daily backups of products, collections, metafields, themes and menus gives us real peace of mind. When BackupMaster added menu backups, I wasn’t sure if the new permission had been applied. I contacted support and within an hour Alex had checked everything, confirmed the permissions and triggered a fresh backup – all 6 menus were backed up straight away. Quick, clear and friendly. Easy to use, runs quietly in the background and doesn’t slow down the storefront. Recommended. It also backs up Shopify Files (all 1,100+ of our media files), which was important for us.
