Their customer service is excellent. This is a MUST if you want your customer's shopping experience to be straight forward, easy to navigate, and easy to convert into sales!

Hands down amazing, and QUICK customer service. App is very feature-rich, but also very affordable. Highly recommend this Product Reviews app over any other app I've seen!

Intuitive, feature rich (even for the lower-priced plans), excellent customer service, and awesome features to reduce cart abandonment. A must-have!

Fabulous app! I have been with Vela since the beginning in beta/test mode, and it keeps getting better and better. Excellent features, nicely organized interface, and superior customer service. A MUST!

Great app, I signed up to offer photo options for my customers' reviews and LOVE the checkout comments feature as well. Brings regular (and always positive) SEO content to my product listings. Great customer service as well. All-in-all, a great app!

This app just works! Now I can finally start running the eye-catching promos that I want my customers to see, and it's so easy and hassle free for me to manage them. Thank you for simplifying the life of this small business owner! The Bold App Support team is extremely responsive and always follows up to ensure they've done their part to help and answer my questions. Yesssss!

This is a fantastic app for creating large numbers of variances for my products. It was easy to install with a user-friendly interface. I encountered a little difficulty adding some code required for it, but that was quickly resolved with Shop Pad's fabulous customer service, and it was even the SAME business day! I highly recommend this app!
