Judge.me is proving to be a great replacement for the out-of-the-box review app Shopify recently discounted. Seamless transfer of reviews and great interface. Best of all is their customer support is super prompt and helpful.

After a lot of research, and some emails with the BSSCommerce developers and salespeople and others, I installed B2B/Wholesale Solution, and B2B/Login & Lock Pages. It has been going great. The apps do exactly what I need, and the support I get when needed is very prompt and knowledgeable. They have even met with me and shared a screen at one point to help had it set up properly to my customized needs, including to figure out what subscription tier I needed to keep my subscription only to the level necessary. I've been using this app for over a year, and it has raised average order amount by offering them suggestions to add to their shopping cart. It is an important component to my store's success! Easy to install and the developers are quick to respond to any questions.

This app adds a great feature for my site. Makes it really quick and easy to have promo info available to my customers and show them how far they are from free shipping. Well worth the price.

I definitely like email marketing and automations that can triggered by at least 100 different actions. I have 2 tickets currently with support team; they are slow at getting back with me or have just forgotten I exist. If your email is Outlook based you will have a lot of problems (receiving campaigns to inbox). Another thing that i find strange, is that after you send a campaign you can no longer reference the email (sometime I want to see what subject line i used, the images used, etc.) and it doesn't seem like that is an available view. I also would like if there were more campaign templates available as the 20-30 I see are very basic.
