The canal team has been incredible to work with! Ela, Nina, and Kaili helped get my store set up on Nordstrom super quick. They set up a dedicated Slack channel for us for fast communications and doing everything needed to ensure we see success through Canal's platform.
Inventory Planner was great before it was acquired by Bright Pearl. Now they are trying to lock their loyal customers into contract with terrible customer service and little feature updates. If you don't currently use this app, I don't recommend them. Bright Pearl is a terrible parent company. Try something like Cogsy.

I'm sorry that you feel we've gone in a direction you're not comfortable with since our acquisition. The contracts you mention are indeed a change in direction, however one which guarantees us revenue, therefore allowing us to deliver a whole host of planned new features which will expand what you're able to do with Inventory Planner beyond anything before. Plus we've been able to remove extra charges for connections to additional systems. This enables you to get information from as many sources as you need to, at no extra cost! This is the best returns app on Shopify easily. It has a super awesome customizable Returns Page, makes the entire return/exchange process super automated for the customer, and has features that help you to get more people to exchange instead of return. Their new analytics features are awesome as well! We have tried Returnly, Happy Returns, ReturnsMagic and this is the best by far!
Loooove this app! Way better than any other page builder on the app store. They keep on adding new produt updates as well so you know they are just going to get better.
Best affiliate marketing software out there in my opinion. And much more affordable than the competition. We used to use GetAmbassador for years but when we found Refersion we swapped over in a week and haven't looked back.

The visual editor is pretty good, but still a little bit unintuitive. I know this is something they are working on. Their customer support is amazing though! Any time I have an issue, I will usually get a response within the hour. Overall I'm defintely happy with their service.
Great program! Team is very responsive and having them available on live chat is great!
