Hi, I just realised my calculator was not functioning, I don't know since when! This has cost me a tremendous amount of sales! My sales were unusually low and I didn't understand why, given I was doing advertising, and this brings results to my store. Why does this calculator stop working like it wants? And never notifies the changes? This makes this application very unreliable :( and I'm very upset given I pay this calculator monthly for many years now. I'm very unsatisfied.
It has potential for email marketing, good design and features; however deliverability of emails is REALLY bad. It's really frustrating to have chosen this app to work for and now having wasted long hours of work in a solution that doesn't do the job. I would recommend to test other solutions before jumping all in into this app, as I did.

Hi Daniela, we understand how frustrating this may be, you found the app that you would like to use for your marketing, but you are not getting the expected results. We apologize for the time it's taking to get to where you want to be. It's always a challenge for migrating customers, it takes more time to get the trust from the internet service providers when you start sending from a different domain. Katherine just reached out to you, we will create domain records for your automation to help resolve the deliverability issue asap.
I like the customising options in this app. With all the generic apps out there, this app actually lets you configure pop-ups to your store's look and feel. I'm happy overall but I would have also like that it made building quizzes easier - this for a future update!
Great app, does the job. Free version is limited but useful when you dont want to invest a lot in the beginning.
Update: I update my review because of two things: 1. The support is AWESOME: I reached them to try to gain sometime while doing manual customization and they answered with useful information very quickly. 2. In one of those exchanges, I suggested an easy fix for the app to ease this process and they did it within a day! Now they made what I was criticizing much more easier Great app and support. 100% recommended ------------------------ This app is really simple to install and looks very good. You can customize many things and the ones that I couldn't I asked to the support team and they did it very quickly and nicely. The reason why I'm giving a 4 star review is because the process to manually select the products that you want to display in the "also bought" line is really slow. You can do it but it but one by one. It would be so much more practical to make it faster. Overall great app and great support
