The app is great, it does what i need it to, but the support is exceptional. They were very quick to reply to my email and trouble shoot things with me until it worked. 10/10 customer service.

Redo has really relieved a lot of the customer service load. Their team is helpful and work hard to resolve any issues that come up, including creating new work-arounds so we can use other apps along with Redo.

It pays to pay. Leogen answered my support chat in less than 60 seconds, then went into my theme, edited the requested code and installed a review widget on the collections page for me. Looxs is truly amazing, and they are fast to help.

We are just starting our experience with Rebuy and we have been so impressed with their willingness to dive in and tackle some of the unique challenges we have with our store. Rich Matukaitis has been very helpful in the process of integrating some of our custom features with their out-of-the-box capabilities.
