This app is what I was looking for as a replacement to AfterShip Lite. I agree with the previous review that this is perfect and works even though it's for the UK. If you don't need to provide return labels, then this app will work just fine. I was able to set up the returns link under my domain. Requires a little technical understanding, but they provide instructions on how to do it. http://return.discountdressshop.com The best part of it is it's free!

The best feature of this app so far is how it tracks every single item that a customer placed in their cart (Cart Activity Monitor (Free). You can also see when an email was sent to them and whether they opened it up or not. I have yet to generate a lead from the emails (I have 2 abandoned emails set up), but I'm hoping it helps bring back the customer. What I was really interested in the Facebook Messenger Marketing which is not currently functioning and there does not seem to be a time table as to when it will be operational. Until the Facebook Messenger Marketing is working, I am not inclined to pay the monthly fee.

If you have a Stamps.com account, I recommend using Shipstation instead. It costs about $9.00 more a month, but it is cloud based (unlike having to download the Stamps.com program on your computer) and it also includes a Stamps.com account. I sync it to my store and download my orders into ShipStation. Once there I use the preset shipping options that I created for faster processing and I can batch my orders to print all at once. It keeps track of all orders processed and shipped and sends emails to customers with tracking information. You also get the best discounted rates with Shipstation. So far the customer service has been above reproach! Eric is amazing at answering questions in a very timely matter. I downloaded the app on August 23, 2017. Still waiting to see results and will update this review once they appear (or not). Eric also has a newsletter full of value information that is worth subscribing to. Of all the wishlist apps out there, I decided to go with this one for a few reasons. 1) the look and feel 2) the wishlist page 3) the wishlist icon could be displayed on collection pages 4) don't require customers to register to save their wishlist. I tried to install the app myself, but decided it would be better to request their free installation. Abhishek was quick to reply and had it by the next day. I had another minor change with spacing and again Abhishek was quick to get it done. It's only been a few days since I installed the app, but so far so good. Been using this app for over a year now and it works great!!!! I do not delete my products but rather make them non-visible in my store. Since they cannot be viewed in my store (https://www.discountdressshop.com), if someone clicks on the link to the non-visible product, they will get at 404 page. This app is great for bulk uploading non-viewable pages to be redirected to another active page on your website. Great for taking links in Google Search Console that were found to be in error and redirecting them to an active link. Highly recommend this app as it saves me a ton of time!!!

So far so good! Installed the app 2/15/17. I created a coupons pop up and an intention to leave pop up. I have seen good results so far: 1398 views, 20 signups, 3 redeemed - (intent to leave) 2793 views, 60 signups, 5 redeemed - (mailing list coupon) Easy to set up and manage. Of all the popup apps, I would recommend Privy.
