As always Smile is amazing to work with. Joshua was kind, helpful, professional, and extremely personable. Felt like I was hitting up a buddy for some help and he was more than happy to do all he could. Our customers love our rewards system but I love working with companies who take care of their customers and Smile is definitely that. 2023 Update: Smile is still out here killin' it. Angie helped pull manual reports for us on a weekly basis over a 9-week program we ran. The team truly goes above and beyond - thank you Angie! 2026 Update: Literally still out here with the most helpful support in the biz. Shelby is a stellar agent who immediately helped us clear up what we thought was a potential scam of our program.

I initially didn't think I needed this app because we only sell a couple products and I have an easy time offering discounts through Shopify's system. The real value for us with this app is the ability to offer discounted upsell items to our customers by combining Bold's Discount and Upsell apps. Their customer service is quick knowledgeable and they can do the add in coding if you can't figure it out for yourself. Get this app now if you offer discounts and want to make your life easier.
