Great customer support. Engin was able to suggest and implement some workarounds for some small difficulties we were encountering. Very attentive and helpful!
I'd give this app 5 stars but the daytime customer service staff are much less knowledgeable and efficient... The staff that work overnight are very helpful.
Support is on opposite time zones, therefore the support response time is very slow. Their basic design settings are not available in the free plan, you can only change whether you want the selector to display flags or not. The tutorial on how to move around the currency selector doesn't match Shopify liquid code settings, and support claims they do not offer any support regarding this... Don't waste your time with this app!
I've been using the app for several years and it's been great. The customer support is responsive and helpful. The app does exactly what I've needed it to do and I've been pleased to see new features added over the years to make improvements.

Unable to uninstall the app. I contacted the app one month ago but still have not received a response. The app also billed me, even though the app remains 'disabled' in my store (I still have no way to uninstall it on my own!).
