We use Shopify and Recharge for all of our sales transactions. We had some issues with Recharge when they were changing things around. I contacted the support team because some of the changes didn't work for us. The support team was FANTASTIC!! I worked a lot with Renata and she was so great at listening to our needs and making changes again that would work with our business and customers. Every time I have contacted them for any issue, they have been 1) HUMAN!!! 2) Great at listening and communicating and 3) Following up. THANK YOU, THANK YOU for such a great team that really CARES about their customers! It makes our jobs so much better and easier!!!

This app is my secret weapon for scaling our supplement store. I have a background in analytics and I've tried many similar apps but none of them compare to lifetimely. The reports provide very useful, actionable data. Can't recommend it enough!
I love the app. Just by turning it on and without customizing anything it is doing very well. I wish it integrated with more email apps to share the birthday info, especially ActiveCampaign, but it's great.
This app ties my email marketing and automation to Shopify so it's almost like one platform instead of 2. Abandoned cart emails, cross sells, upsells, and more are easy to set up. But since ActiveCamapaign is much more robust AND easy to use than other ESPs/marketing automation, it's exactly what I needed. In the past I had to use expensive and clunky 3rd party software to connect Infusionsoft with my store and that was terrible. I've been using this app for over a year before it was listed on the app store, so I can tell you it's definitely useful and reliable.
This is one of my favorite apps because it works so well, it's easy to customize and the support is wonderful (if needed). I notice it converts well too, love this app and wish I had it installed 4 months ago! Better late than never. Thank you
