We have been using Eprolo now for more than 18 months now and the work done by Yang to help us has been excellent. She responds when she says she will and always resolves our issues in a timely manner. I know we will develop a long term partnership as the quality of the work they do and speedy shipping makes a difference to our customers. It has been 8 months since we started working with Yang and we have been very, very pleased.

Since the upgrade on Sep 12, DSers will process the order to AliExpress. It successfully gets there an I pay for the order. BUT the order simply disappears and is no longer in DSers...Not Awaiting, Not fulfilled,... NOTHING I now have to monitor the orders MANUALLY....and do shipping fulfillment MANUALLY ... They didnt upgrade their system, they JUST BROKE everything.... DID THEY TEST ANYTHING? I have submitted emails with full descriptions and screen shots and I get NO ANSWER

This app is excellent. I have a lot of confidence in using it. The support from Lexie is always spot on and soooo quick. Lexie understands exactly what needs to be done.

I have installed and allowed the app to do a quick initial analysis. so far so good. I will see what else I get from the free plan before deciding any further action

Exploring the use of ONE and found Trish to be soooo helpful. We have a new store, only 3 months old, but i can see an increase in customer engagement thru the use of the popups and social proof....great work from Trish is really helping us get to the next level and increase our conversion rate.

Great support from Chris who helped me sort out an issue with notifications. As a new merchant it wasn't straight forward but Chris sorted it out for me.

As soon as I enabled the app, the site was noticeably faster. I am yet to record metrics to know the exact improvement. Will be doing shortly
