We were having trouble managing our Shopify and Amazon integration using Marketplace Connect. We decided to switch to this app and have no regrets. The app does a great job of syncing our orders and our inventory between Shopify and Amazon. Their customer service team is very helpful and knowledgeable and assisted us with onboarding and troubleshooting issues.
The support and help that I got was absolutely amazing. Quick responses and solved my issue right away. Highly recommend!
Their support is suuuuper helpful, they were able to help get my issue fixed in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend!

I was able to get the help I needed right away. Customer service jumped on a meeting call and we were able to get my problem resolved. Friendly and helpful! The app is great! It connects my products directly to amazon and the orders as well. Super helpful and easy to learn

Mals is easy to work with and efficient! She always assists all of our needs quickly and helps with questions and concerns.
This app is expensive, not intuitive, it is time consuming to setup and also to approve all of the conversions. It does provide a W-9 form for the Affiliates, so you will need to manually monitor that and the forms of payment are limited. If you need help from anyone... good luck. They do not help you at all outside of sending you links to figure out the problem yourself. I will say though that Janice from Customer Service was very kind and even though she could not help me as much as she wanted to, she was the most helpful person I have ever worked with at Refersion. Janice is most likely the best employee in that company.

We do offer a tiered pricing model so that we are able to accommodate merchants at all levels of their affiliate marketing program, and we regret these plans did not meet your needs. I use this app to showcase the multiple options we have for our custom shoes. Users can now see their creations in real-time and have fun doing it! The functionality and aesthetics are exactly what we were looking for.
