I am a small business that over the last few days have been plagued with suspicious sessions on my Shopify store - MIDA has been great and has blocked the unwanted visitors. Unfortunately they are still being logged by Shopify as sessions in my analytics but MIDA has done the main thing and stopped these visitors being able to trawl my website - their customer service is also amazing, thank you Lillian for your help :)
I've only just started with this App so hard to tell if this will work for me, however, if their customer services is anything to go by then I am really looking forward to using it. Andrea has been super helpful so Thank You!
I was having a few issues accessing reports so I contacted the support team. Libby was so helpful and did the set up for me and also gave me advice in other areas too. Would highly recommend this app for any store owner

Loving this App so far, it has been relatively easy to use and the support has been amazing. All questions answered quickly. Hard to say at this stage though if the App helps with speed etc. as I have only had the App on my store for a few days.
I really like this app, lots of templates to choose from & great automations. If you need customer support they are really helpful and knowledgeable. I like the live chat as you can get your questions answered immediately. Thank you Olesia for your help today :)
It is a good app that allows customers to ask direct questions. however; the delay in getting the notifications sometimes means the customer has left the site. It does send the response via email but sometimes it would be good to interact with the customer straight away - otherwise a great app

It is still early days but so far it seems OK, had a helpful couple of calls with Privy in my first couple of weeks but I am yet to see results. Still learning about all the features so hoping it will prove useful for my store
