Technical support is responsive, thoughtful and professional. Unusual to find app developers who are so conscientious and really do seem to put their clients' needs above their own. The app works well - does exactly what it claims - and the support is second to none. Strongly recommend this developer and app.

A good chat app with friendly and very helpful support. Been using this for some time and the feature list keeps expanding. There is still room for improvement (I would like a chat bulk export facility) but it is good value for money. I've asked if they can provide a bulk export for me and they have escalated my case. If they provide it I will come back and upgrade my rating from 4* to 5* ... Thanks also go to Arek for comprehensive and patient support.

Excellent app - simple to install and manage and works well. Does not appear to slow down the site. Update after custom work:- After HeyCarson said it was not possible, Tabs Studio performed some custom work to integrate Feefo reviews into Tabs on our product pages. Within a day they had done the job, and on request even added the Qty number of reviews in the Reviews tab title. Very impressive rapid, competent & friendly support. So good (and rare) to have a highly respected reviews service like Feefo properly integrated into tabs on a Shopify website. A feather in your cap Tabs Studio! Thank you.

This app was recommended to us a while ago by a couple of different Google Ads / Analytics experts as the go-to solution for Shopify merchants. We eventually installed it in July this year. It has been a breeze to work with, but much more importantly for us, the service and support is second to none. As a small merchant, specialising in high end product and service ourselves we appreciate being treated the way we like to look after our own customers and from the outset, direct contact with Erman Kuplu back in December 2021, through to today with support from Anna, we have had better than we really had a right to expect. Modern hightech magic plus good old fashioned service. That has got to be a winner, and we are looking forward to the next step - server side tagging. Well done Analyzify, and thank you!

Highly responsive support: Laxmikant helped me out with a customisation I requested and he was very efficient with communication on their live chat while he was doing it. I was pretty impressed.

A couple of glitches, apparently due to our unconventional store set-up, meant I needed some support. However the app does what is says on the tin and the customer support is as good as they claim. I would certainly recommend.

I would posit that this is very likely to be the BEST VALUE app on app store. And yes, I know it's not a free one. It's actually much better than the description here because it already has about 190 tasks ready to roll (including several I requested myself). I installed this a couple of weeks ago for two jobs; to tag customers based on the product type they ordered and to create and maintain a Recent Products Collection. It has done this easily and with idiot proof configuration options. Mechanic does SO much more. So many of the pre-written tasks seem to be really useful and replace a bunch of other apps that are out there in the app store. . Give me a while and I will set up some more tasks and provide another review but in the meantime this is my favourite app so far discovered. **Update 4 months later ** I cheekily requested several more tasks a couple of days ago and the wonderful support was highly responsive as before. They are clearly more than competent but also seem to genuinely care. They have superb communication skills and has cheerfully helped me out very quickly again, and then provided follow on support when I couldn't resolve a simple issue myself. Gawd they are good! One of the few firm who actually go the extra mile and deliver top quality service. I see there are now 235 tasks prebuilt and I'm slightly embarrassed at what a low price I am paying for all this functionality and support - and at what good value this is, especially when compared to so many other apps here. I've just counted up the tasks I am running and it's around 20. Rather more than the original two I had bought the app for! If I was a developer instead of a merchant, I expect I'd be getting even more from it. I recognise this is a rather gushing review: it's not normally my style - but credit where credit's due! I used this app to improve the newsletter sign up. Super easy to use and very effective, the data is also easy to manage, this has made a massive difference to the store.
