Fantastic app. We were having issues with bots making fraudulent orders to test out stolen credit cards. They'd buy the cheapest item on our website just to see if the transaction would go through. We tried blocking their IP address at first, but even that wasn't effective due to them using a way to go directly to Shopify's checkout system. MIDA staff quickly worked with me to address that workaround and we haven't had a single fraudulent bot transaction in days now when we were getting multiple every hour.
It works great, until it doesn't. Shopify support has been less than helpful in determining why a store will suddenly not be approved to use Collective. We've spent weeks with support trying to investigate, and it's apparent that they simply do not have the tools to look into whatever automated system they have that determines who qualifies and who doesn't (and specifically, why they suddenly no longer qualify). So if you do use Collective, which I still recommend you do, just know that it breaks. And support doesn't know why. So don't have Collective be a primary part of your business plan.
We have roughly 400k SKUs in our system, and sometimes have hundreds of orders per day. A pick list app is an absolute must have for my industry (card game shop) and BR Pick List Pro is great for what we need. We have our inventory all sorted in a specific manner and have been able to set the app up to show us what we need to pull for orders in the most optimal manner so as to only hit a shelf/row/drawer/section once and not return until the next time we need to pull orders. Support is great as well. They were missing a couple of quality of life feature we wanted at first, and when we emailed to ask for it to be implemented, they had both programmed in within a week. Fantastic!
Easily the best booking app we've tried. We run a game store with VIP rooms that can be reserved, as well as run recurring events with limited tickets. This app allows us to handle both. It's fantastic.

Short review: App is slow, buggy, and may lead to your eBay account and Walmart account being suspended. Avoid this app. Detailed review: I hate to leave a 1 star review but need to express how frustrating our experience with Marketplace Connect support has been. We switched over to using this app months ago and got our eBay sync set up to our account we've been selling from since 1998. Our account is now on a warning to get the seller rating up due to all of the cancellations we've had to do since using this app. It has constant sync issues with our Shopify inventory. If we sell something in store? It may take days, if ever (seriously) for it to update on our eBay store. Naturally this leads to regularly overselling items. That's after you can get past the VERY slow UI on Marketplace Connect's end for setting things up. The Walmart connection is even slower to navigate, but at least, so far, that sync is stable. To their credit, they have improved the navigation on the eBay side some since we started using it, and I suspect a large part of their issue is that they just are not optimized for stores such as ours with hundreds of thousands of SKU's. We've regularly provided support with updates on oversells and sync issues. They are always very fast to respond (kudos to the 1st level support group!). But they never have answers. We have zero communication from them other than when we send over a new example. No updates what-so-ever. After months. So when we do ask for an update on the underlying issue, 1st level support says the ticket is still with the engineering team and there is no further update to provide. I feel like we've given support ample time to fix their issues, or at least *COMMUNICATE* with us on a regular basis to know what to expect. We've had to put our eBay account into vacation mode at this point and seek alternative options. Edit: It's been well over a month and we've since found a different app from the eBay sync (Lionz) where all is working smoothly. In that month, the Marketplace Connect support has had one single response to our long open ticket. It was a promise from one of their developers that they would be looking into our ticket further, and that they would stay in touch. Not a word since then. So for anyone having similar issues, please check out Lionz instead. They are eBay sync only for now, but actually work well for that portion. Second edit: We continued using Marketplace Connect to sync with Walmart. It worked for a few months, but now sadly suffers from all of the same issues we ran into with the eBay connection. Items sold in store do not get removed from Walmart, leading to oversells days, weeks, even months later. App support is not helpful. They just thank us for the bug report submissions, but nothing gets fixed or communicated beyond that. So we are divesting ourselves entirely from this app and moving on.
Absolutely the best eBay sync app we've used to date. We've tried several other big named ones before. The semi-private BinderPOS sync and the renamed Codisto app (now called Marketplace Connect). Both had significant sync issues where we'd oversell product on eBay that we had sold in store days prior. Those app developers had tickets of ours (and others) open for literal months without resolutions. That led us to seek out an alternative. After trying a few other eBay sync apps which didn't support our needs (or were insanely priced), we ran across Lionz and gave it a try. Our inventory has well over 300,000 skus at this point, with thousands more added every month (joys of running a tabletop game store that carries a wide range of trading card games). Lionz wasn't built for this when we first installed and tried it, but the best part about Lionz is the app developer who responded to our questions promptly, and implemented the features we needed as we discussed them. Sometimes same day! If I could give a 100 star rating for this app, I would. It still has some user interface improvements we are helping to work on, but at this point, it's a fully functioning app that actually works for a great price. The remaining UI improvements should be wrapped up shortly. Cheers!
We are switching over after seeing how much better Gameball is compared to a couple of the other apps we first used (Glow and Smile.io). The ability to do a dynamic code on the fly is a huge plus over those two apps meaning staff at the point of sale, and customers on the website, can generate a discount code using a sliding scale instead of a fixed amount preset by the store. You can still have preset amounts of course. The built in search feature seems more powerful than Glow's which has one of the worst search box query systems I've run across (it's extremely picky about formatting or and won't return results unless you spell things exactly correct for example). There appear to be more features than the others, though I haven't dove into those just yet. But I'm already impressed enough to convert us over to a full paid plan shortly. Exporting and importing customer accounts was a breeze.
