Buyer beware! We've been using Cin7 (formerly DEAR Systems) since 2022. Since being bought out, the cost of our subscription just increases with impunity. You think you're signing up at one price, but you're not. And the prices will continue to rise every year. I've been using Shopify since 2012, and no other third-party app has acted in this manner. Not to mention, since using DEAR/Cin 7, our team has had to spend hundreds upon hundreds of hours troubleshooting issues and opening support requests to fix features advertised that simply did not work as intended. A poor overall experience and bad business practices from this company.

The app appears to work well - but since migrating to the new Shopify checkout, it has completely messed up our AdWords reporting and tracking. I believe this has to do with the pixel being disconnected. I hope this is rolled out soon - it is definitely a high priority!

We originally installed this app about 4 months ago in the hope to get our structured data sorted given the limitations most themes have on this front. It has taken some time for our results to reappear, but we're getting there bit by bit. What I do have to say is that, aside from the app itself being a brilliant addition to your webstore - Eric is one of the best communicators i've ever dealt with across a 10 year period of using Shopify. He responds to emails promptly. He responds to emails with detail. Eric goes above and beyond - you're not only getting a solution to your structured data problem, but you're also getting an education along the way. With so many cogs involved in running a business - it can be overwhelming dealing with every little issue and trying to have profundity in every single arena. Quite a frustrating experience when things like this happen - but ShopSync appears to have squashed a few of those issues. It has only been a couple of days, but after some tinkering, it appears everything is running almost as it was (with the exception of the abandon cart flows - only one will work after the transition) Hopefully, everything continues to run smoothly as planned.

Great app so far, very helpful and friendly staff getting us set up. Much better than our previous review app. I can see this app will be built out to be one of the best on the market. Sam irontanksgymgear.com
