Jason is really helpful, great support team, great app

I have been using this app for years on titanium plan. I have always been having issues with restocked products not being pushed up. I have reached out to support, first they blamed other app that i was using and after +10 emails back and forth finally they admitted their error and promised me to fix it. However it still has not been fixed yet, their solution they have provided does not work. Their support has also been unresponsive since 15th/09 We resolved this issue right after you shared the review here and thank you for using our app continuously! and please let us know at any time if you need any help, we are here to support you. I have been getting help by Kavishan this week. app works great and their support is great. Their zoom support just makes the installation so much easier. he is my guy. Kavishan. Thank you!

I do not recommend this app for stores that need inventory sync from multiple inventory location from source shopify store to destination store. The app just dumps all inventory count from multiple locations from source store to one inventory location in destination store. There is no solutions to this according to their support. If not, great app to use. The support team have reached out to me and they have updated that the issues I am having will be fixed in a couple of months.

I use this app and the customer service is great, it has all my needs and Amrinder has been of great help
