I haven't used the app yet - but the FREE onboarding session to set up is fantastic great customer service and the app looks like it will be easy to use and integrate nicely with my store theme.

We absolutely love this app! Simple to install and use, it's streamlined our returns process for both us and the customers. With everything in one place it makes returns easy for our small business.
So far so good! The change over took a few hours with our large list but we didn't have any initial problems with automated messages etc after carefully following the instructions.
