Domantas has been absolutely solid throughout my experience with Kaching. Fast replies, patient support, and genuinely willing to help merchants solve real problems instead of giving generic copy paste answers. You can tell there is real effort and care behind the app and its support team. App is well designed and works well. I recommend it.

We've been using this app for our Shopify store and it's been a game changer. Everything works exactly as described - smooth setup, intuitive interface, and reliable performance even during peak hours. What really stood out was the customer service. The support team was fast, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to help us customize the app to our needs. Highly recommend this app if you're looking for a solution that just works and a team that truly cares about your success.

Top-notch support from Eric, patiently helped me with some config stuff and even recommended me some best practices!

easy to configure and works very well. doesn't interrupt and affect the sales. better to have then not to have.
