Been trialling this app for a period and we are glad to report that it works as per the name, SWELL! Better than that, I had cause to contact the Swell guys over a very minor issue (which had nothing to do with them in the end!). Nonetheless, Nikhil Naidu went above and beyond what you might normally expect from tech support and sorted out the issue speedily, effectively, with expertise and great humor (all late on a Friday afternoon)! We're using this in tandem with Bold's 'Upsell' and they are certainly doing the job they are designed for, i.e. increasing sales and encouraging our customers to convert. So both thumbs up for 'The Motivator'; it motivates. Recommended!

A pretty good App in that 'it does what it says on the tin', is very easy to install and use and certainly gives you options to cross sell products; so if that's what you're after, then go for it. The 30 trial period is also an excellent bonus that other companies could take heed of. It is always useful from the consumer perspective to give Apps a trial run to see if they do actually work (as we've had a few bad experiences with other company's products and removed them, or tried to!!!, pronto) Early days to see whether it will pay for itself, as advertised, but we have a strong feeling that it will ;-) ! (edit: yes it will and it has!) To sum up, yes, recommended by all of us here at: www.thesolidbarcompany.com. p.s. Also of note, is that Bold's support is first class.
