Great app, great support, highly recommend it!

This app served me will for a long time. My use-case has changed so it's no longer a fit for me, but the customer support has been really great. Palak was very helpful when I had questions on short notice and hopped on a few google meetings to sort things out.

Really nice app, not bloated with stuff you don't need, just provides extended functionality to your theme, with a big variety of nice looking sections. And the customer service is top notch, I got helpful service on a weekend without much wait. Looking forward to more sections that display products in interesting ways, but no complaints at all.

Excellent app, we used a different one for awhile and it was full of problems, EZ Exporter has been smooth and is very customizable. We recently started taking advantage of the Google Sheets integration and they were super helpful when I had questions about setup.

Good service, I had an issue where my old account page was loading first, and then getting covered up by the customized one a second later, and they fixed it super quick.

Really nice filter menu that's snappy and customizable. And the customer service in terms of helping implement and adapt to your theme is top notch. Update: taking one star off because I've had an issue where suddenly my collections broke and I had to disable the app entirely to keep my website functional. Looking around at alternative options, this app may still be the best option, but I will update if the issue is fixed or if I end up switching to a different app. Update 2: adding a star back because they did fix the above issue reasonably fast, and the service for customization has been very good. It's not a perfect app, I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could, but despite the big hiccup, it's the best I've been able to find.

This app has been improving, and currently seems like a pretty good value relative to paid options. But it still bugs out far too frequently, with customers not recieving any messages and asking if anyone is there while I'm actively replying to them. Hope it improves over time!

This app is really great, it makes shopify's built in discount functions much more... functional. With the native buy $x, get 1 item free automatic coupon, the discount shows up in the cart in a really funky way, where every item in the cart, up to the price minimum, show up as having a discount. With Discount Kit, it just shows the discount on the free item in a normal way. Customer support is quite good as well.

Good app, but big files (1000+ entries) take a really long time, and if your computer falls asleep during the multihour upload it stops all progress and you have to start over. Would love it if you could upload the file and then leave the page without losing progress Thank you for your review and for the thoughtful feedback! I'm glad to hear the app has been useful overall. You're right that, on the standard plans, the fulfillment process runs in your browser, so if the computer goes to sleep or the browser is closed, the process is interrupted. For merchants who regularly process large files, the **Business** plan uses server-side processing, allowing you to upload your file and leave the page while the fulfillments continue in the background. It's designed specifically for high-volume workflows like yours. Great app, visually appealing and quick and friendly customer service. Have used it for many years now without issue.

So far, Appstle has been really impressive. It seems like a particularly good value relative to similar apps out there considering the fee structure. No transaction fees is a huge advantage. Customer service has been genuinely helpful and quick too. I've just started using it, so I'll update this review as my experience progresses. I have to make some bigger changes, and so I'm hiring a developer to do some work, and I'm hoping that Appstle will be as flexible and adaptable to outside developers as other similar apps are. But assuming it is, it's the best deal out there.
