We have been loving Shipstation. The team is super helpful and we recently moved to their barcode picking and packing system which is so much more efficient. We moved to reduce errors and increase speed, and it has 100% delivered on that. Our promise has always been next day shipping, but as we grew, we couldn’t keep up with that anymore consistently. This system seems to have solved that for us.
Friendly support team, and items were resolved. The app works well and is delivering great results for us and our customers.
