Easy and straight forward, I just realized they had the word "Easy" in their app name haha! Amazing customer support is their #1 goal I can see through their actions so far. Very fast answers to your problems and they find a solution quick and are always eager to help and understand it from our point of view.

Support is unlike any other i've received, very clear help and instructions on how to get out of certain situations, timely replies are a norm on this app which is crucial for success. Great app and easy to use as well.

Super easy to use, very straight forward did not slap me in the face with 1000 of details when all I needed was a review and automatic email sent to each customer.
