Very good support, and the UI is pretty good too. One of the best COD apps.
We've been using ReelUp for about a year, and are really happy with the app. It is a fully integrated app with various widgets for the home page and product pages, as well as inta style reels. The product page reel widget can be installed as part of the page or as a reel pop up. Everything is very customisable and flexible. We can upload reels manually or just tag our insta reels, making it very easy and effective. A really good part is the customer service, very responsive and have fixed all the requests that we've had. Highly recommended for any D2C brand that wants to drive traffic and conversions on their website.
We use Shiprocket for our D2C brand, and are very happy with them. We also use Shiprocket Engage, which is very useful in RTO reduction. Very amazing customer service - we had an integration issue and Palak, our customer rep, solved it very quickly. Highly recommended!
We're using this app for the last few months, and completely love it! 1. The automations are very good, and we've seen about 20% increase in conversion from abandoned cart, COD to Prepaid, Welcome and Thank You automations. 2. I tried 3-4 apps for product variant and custom options, but everyone had a problem. One didn't work with discount coupons, another didn't open the cart tray and yet another didn't make it very intuitive on the cart page. I found Infinite Options to be really useful, and it takes care of all our needs as a modern store. Very simple user interface to add/edit options and works like a charm. This is a great app, a free app that let's you get text and picture reviews. Very easy to install, import existing reviews and start getting reviews quickly! It also has a request review email feature. And i love the customer service, completely awesome! Highly recommend this app to everyone!
