I have changed several app several times and ultimately this app proves to be the best. I also had to reach out to customer service and Leslie assisted me in a short period of time and was patient and friendly. Greatly for the team's service!

So far, my experience with this POD has been wonderful! I love the updates they made to their website! I received updates promptly for my sample order (tote bag). And i really wish I could share a photo. The QUALITY (100%) and VIBRANT (100%) print was outstanding, seriously! Very pleased seller and look forward to working with them once I launch! Never received a tracking update for the item, my account always stated "in production" 3 weeks after the order was placed. When the item finally arrived ANOTHER BRAND'S merchandize was with the product. I initially thought it was a joke: No Quality control, no accountability. Save your brand - partner somewhere else.

June update: I had an issue last week, and for about 4 days Helen (a representative) and her technical support team assistant me daily. Helen consistently emailed me with timely updates - without my request- and they made certain my issue was resolved. Very professional and very personable.
