One of the best things about this, and there are many, is the great customer support it offers. My store is a bit different than others, but their customer support agent Pearl patiently walked me through the process. She was super helpful and clearly an expert at what she does. So, need to hesitate using this app. It works great and if something comes up, they will definitely help you until it's resolved. Highest recommendation. And thank you, Pearl!

I had a very minor issue, but needed customer service and Olesia at Omnisend did a fantastic job. The wait time was short and she was super patient and helpful and quickly resolved the problem 100%. Great customer service is so important and Omnisend has that! Thank you.
Very pleased with this App, particularly from the standpoint of customer support. Their team member worked with me, via online chat, for nearly an hour to resolve some issues, which were 100% resolved. Recommended!
