After 3 or 4 years, maybe it's time for a review! I will start with concerns so that maybe they are addressed. Amazon was fine at first but gradually they removed many products due to image issues and those products I have rarely, if ever, been able to get them back online. I ended up deleting all of the remaining from Amazon at some stage trying something and have had none on Amazon for years. I have tried my darndest every year or so, but Codisto hasn't been able to help me but saying that I should be able to. Out of the miriad of usual errors I think the main one is that the products are already in the catalogue. Next issue is that I'm on a grandfathered plan at $99 per month but now I see that the price cap for the new plans is $99 and there is Etsy as well. I remember being told I'm not allowed to change for some reason. The linking of shopify collections to eBay store categories could be better explained. The main issue is I think it is only creation of the store category and not an actually link for the products. I think they still need to be added to the categories in the bulk editor. The things that take a long long time to occur, such as uploading to Amazon or deleting eBay categories are the ones that are frustrating because you are pretty much doing them one by one using experimentation and then 3 days later you've found out you have to try something else and wait again and it never gets done. Great points are that there is support 24/7 (almost always) and the eBay link is almost flawless. Other things like being able to have a different title and so on. I will be looking in 9 months time to see if the Etsy connection works in Etsy in Australia and if it works as good as the eBay connection. But I do want to get back onto Amazon and it's almost time to try again so please expect tough questioning until it's done with whoever is the most knowledgeable on it. Amazon has no idea so unless there is a specific thing I'm not going to ask them.

Bring back the Save Workflow button to make sure the code in Custom Actions saves and isn't gone forever. Happened twice now. I told you the first time and it's still doing it. Again, it wasn't a page reload and even if it was then it would have saved before after pressing the Save Workflow button. I've now seen that the useful thing on the right hand side to search for functions now covers over the code. As soon as it opens in front of the code it's immediately obvious that this is a regression.

Free plan says "unlimited imports to store". Must upgrade to import anything other than the app's selected products. Being specific can be helpful. You might try it.

Still waiting for an update that will include sending of the order number to the OC app, or alternatively the option to send as a draft so that we don't have to cancel, copy, edit and resubmit to lower the price. I was completely ignored 4 times when I said that sending as a draft would be a good idea. Sending as a draft means we could enter the order number without having to cancel first but it means we could also check if the postage price is too expensive before submitting! The price varies wildly depending on location. Only base postage rates are provided in the seller manual. When I asked for a full price list I was told "It's complicated" and ignored over and over. The seller manual says full transparency on prices and no hidden fees... not the case in practice. On the point of the option of a draft sent through first, I was ignored 4 times in verbal communication on a 1 hour conversation with 4 people. 3 of the people said nothing for the whole hour and the whole hour was just me asking questions with limited reply and trying to keep my cool because responses were few and far between. The 3 most helpful people have left the job in just a couple of months since I started and I've only dealt with probably 6 people excluding the ghosts in the verbal chat. With a full postage price list I could continue to use OC because I can automate. Otherwise, the double entries are too messy due to having to cancel every single order, it is too time consuming and can lead to human error and the prices are all over the place. I have a lot of stock still at the warehouse and I would love to have it back, even pick it up, but I think it will be too expensive. I think it is charged per single item as if they were picking them out one by one, when in practice you could just pour them all into a bag, subtract the stock and hand them over. Look, the main thing is just give us transparent pricing and I can deal with all the other headaches. Simply having a base rate depending on size and weight and listing a few locations that you don't post to is not good enough. At first I didn't notice the word "base" in the table heading, otherwise I don't think I would have sent my items. As an edit to the original post I'm also going to say that using the Fulfillment by eBay service is out of the question because of the unknown OC postage rates which will go through automatically, which by the way I've seen as high as $20 for a few different tiny and very light items which combined would measure under a litre in size and under a couple of hundred grams all up.

One of the customer service replies to another shop's 2 star feedback goes like this... "Also, assign a personal account manager who is always available to assist with 24*7 availability on email, calls, Skype, WhatsApp, Online Live chat system." First of all, a personal account manager is not available to assist 24*7 unless they're an android. Furthermore, I go to chat this morning and there actually is a person sitting in the chat box but they are there to tell you the customer service is closed because it's the weekend and they only want to take your details. That is not 24*7 service. I mainly pointed out the language error above because when you do get customer service, there is a language barrier when it comes to getting help with the more complex parts of the app. Unnecessarily complex parts. It all seems good on the surface but that's always the case with all of these apps. When it comes to the nitty gritty after 10 hours of hard work, you find out all the pitfalls... and then you can't get help. Another gripe is the templates. We can clone them and make changes but many some sections of the cloned template goes blank and has to be redone anyway. It's all very non-intuitive. At least in it's defence, every other etsy and amazon app has major issues that just seem batty. Another thing is that I wish the customer service would just say they don't know something instead of making up long sentences and throwing in some strong accent to try to confuse us. My reply is "so you don't know" and then response is silence and shock that I figured it out. I contributed some rephrasing to some of the helper sentences in the app and I suggest you fix them up so people can get through the setup in under 10 hours or whatever. Cheers

The customer service is always utterly appalling. They have no clue. Also, the app doesn't work very well.

Top notch reporting, customisable in so many ways. The customer service is spot on with communication. The latest report I am running is a table sorted by descending sales order number, with the current inventory and days expected until inventory depleted right next to that. I can then go and order what is hot selling and soon to run out of stock :)

Works perfectly well for a free app. Would be great if we could manually edit the content. Customer service eventually edited some signature details for me but it was like communicating with a random message generator.

Seems like free apps do the same thing if not more, are easier to understand and have far better service. There was an error in system which still exists even though they said it would be fixed. I was offered a free month's credit but then got charged. Asked for a refund. Got a reply literally a month later that I would get an extra month's credit. Yeah right. I guess you waited until I got charged again? The way I see it, you should be refunding me.
