Report Pundit bridges the gaps in Shopify’s native reporting, offering the kind of insights that really should be built into the platform. It uncovers key metrics often buried in Shopify’s default analytics and lets you combine them with data from other platforms to create clean, aggregated reports. The platform gives you far more flexibility to segment and analyze your data—pulling together metrics that would normally require multiple exports into a single, automated report. And when I’ve needed help building custom reports, the support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone looking to get more out of their Shopify data.

An absolute no brainer. With the help of their team, we've built out our ideal packing slip template that is able to overcome many of Shopify's native functionality. Packing efficiency has increased considerably with the ability sort by vendor, product, etc. I couldn't recommend this app more!

So far, so good. We had previously tried to piece together our review generation strategy using different internal systems, but Judge.me automates the whole thing and now that's one less project to manage for short money. We also like that Judge.me can aggregate and pull in reviews from verified sources such as Shop, further simplifying the process and ensuring that our customers voices are heard across all of our platforms.

Support was eager to help with a few custom requests and everything got turned around the same day. Within 24 hour of discovering this app, I have my Packing Slips built out to display the information I want to show exactly how I want to show it. My fulfillment team absolutely loves the new slips! Love that I can use AI to drive merchandising decisions on my site. Support has been top notch whenever I have a question or need custom help. My only feedback would be that the interface and customization can be a bit clunky for a novice. While functionality works perfectly, the aesthetics by default are very basic and require considerable CSS to stylize properly. If Rebuy was to add a GUI or Drag-and-Drop interface to stylize their widgets, this app would be perfect.

This app offers great flexibility in presenting the right information to potential customers as they browse your shop. It enables us to display products and cross-sells tailored to the specific section of the menu the customer is viewing. Customer support has been top notch as well.

Simple to use app that accomplishes exactly what I'm looking to do within my shop. There's a lot of flexibility and customization that can be achieved with minor tweaks and I've been able to implement customizations myself with the help of their documentation. When I do have a question, the support team has been extremely responsive.
