I am in the process of migrating from Loox to judge.me and got really fast support from Oualid. So far, so good! :)
I got great help from Sebastian with some technical A/B test setup. I can't give 5-stars yet as we have not launched the A/B test and tested the app, but the initial set up has been great! UPDATE: We've been using this app for a couple of months now and have seen a clear rise in our AOV! Highly recommend.

I was stuck with getting some translations from a 3rd party app to work and I reached out to LangShop support. Maxim was quick to reply and he patiently helped me sort out all of my issues. 10/10 support and really great app overall!

10/5 stars!! I had some technical issues hiding the badges on some placements and Jena from the support immediately came to my assistance and sent over a request to the developer team. I've been running Shopify stores for the last 5 years and have used countless apps since the beginning but this has to be the absolute best experience when it comes to customer care. Keep up the good work. This app will play a crucial part in showing our different offers properly to our customers. I could not be any happier!
