app works really well. we had a self-inflicted glitch and received help very fast. highly recommended app. Always quick to follow up on questions and always a great help. Still highly recommend
I like the app, it does exactly what I want it to do and more. Alas is clashes with ShopPad Infinite Options app. This Upsell does not support ' line item properties' So we can no longer use it. Support was unable to correct it.

easy to install. works very well. needed a little tweaking and the support did just that, with minutes. very happy

Such an amazing app. It is indeed with 40 apps in one and more. I am no programmer and dont write code. Whatever the time, my questions at vitals support are answered fast and to the point. A support desk makes or breaks a product. These people are the ones you need! What a great app!!!
I needed help installing the app, the widget and the plugin, and I got it fast, very fast. The designers are easy to contact and communicate with. Everything works as promised and my customers do click on the compensations. The app has a long (90 days) free trial period, giving you ample time to see the response and the clicks it generates. Overall we recommend trying the plugin and widget!
I had hoped it would offer options during check out for the customer. instead it offer help in the backoffice after checkout printing labels etc. for my purpose useless app. I had gehoopt dat deze app post nl tariven zo bieden aan kopers tijden het afrekenen. dat is helaas niet zo. het helpt met het afdrukken van labels voor het brengen naar t postkantoor, voor mijn toepassing, nutteloos

Beste Fairbow, Vervelend om te horen dat de app niet naar de verwachtingen functioneerde. In 2018 was onze Shopify app nog niet zo uitgebreid waardoor het op dat moment nog niet mogelijk was om de tarieven aan te bieden aan kopers tijden het afrekenen. Als je nu naar de MyParcel Shopify app kijk, zal je zien dat deze mogelijkheid wel is gemaakt. Wij hopen dan ook dat je de app nogmaals een kans wilt geven. Daarbij zouden wij het waarderen als je de review wilt aanpassen, omdat deze functionaliteit al een lange tijd mogelijk is via de app.
