Awesome way to handle sales tax. Super easy set up, Numeral handled the heavy lifting. Fillings were done quickly and accurately. Customer service gets back to me the same day if I need support. This is basically sales tax on auto pilot and great for founders / small businesses. Sales team was pretty chill too, which is appreciated.
App is buggy and support is unreliable. We've run into frequent issues, such as the app skipping months of a subscription randomly and lack of functionality limiting us from editing subscriptions that are paid in advance. I've sent in support tickets but haven't received any help. 5/24/22 Update — The app developer reached out and asked me to remove my 2 star review, but still hasn't helped with my issues. The monthly subscription that was previously skipping entire months is now charging the customer for a full year, each month.

ShipStation has saved me HOURS a week in manual shipping entries. The automation rules alone have been tremendously helpful and the ability to customize labels is an added bonus. Great customer support, I'll be a happy customer for as long as I own an ecommerce business.
We've loved shogun so far. Their support has been excellent and the page builder offers us flexibility that our shopify theme doesn't have natively.

The app wouldn't connect to an Instagram account. It just kept giving me error messages. Giving up after several attempts and wasted time.

We're sorry that you had a bad experience with Covet.pics! We've tried to contact you to help but have not heard back from you. Now that Instagram's API is deprecated, users have to connect to Instagram via Facebook Business pages and it also requires an Instagram Business Account. There are a few steps to set it all up but we've made an in-depth guide that you can follow in our Help Center. I've been really happy using Omnisend for our email marketing of hippyfeet.com since transitioning away from Mailchimp earlier this month. So far, so good!
Install process had it's hiccups, but we were able to make progress once customer support got involved. We're happy with the product so far!
