We have had a great experience with Okendo so far. Everything has been seamless and the customer service is great. They are very good at keeping us up to date and in the loop with product features to optimize our use of their technology!
Horrible Customer service. Been asking for my request for over a week and cannot get any answers or anyone to reach out to me personally. Every request I have had has taken days for someone to get back to me. Many glitches in the platform as well such as showing incorrect outstanding balances.

We are a few weeks in to our launch of Loyalty Lion! The program, the platform, the setup, the onboarding queen, Libby!!!! All around it was a wonderful experience and I am excited to see the customer interaction we get with our loyalty program. 10/10 recommend

My experience in learning all about what Loox has to offer has been wonderful, thanks to Dor! He was so patient with me and touched on all of the questions I had, as well as the ones that came up along the way. He is a keeper.
Today I was helped by Himanshu, he was VERY patient with me and was able to fix my problem substantially. He also went ahead and updated the version we use so it goes smooth from here. Many thanks!
