I'm very upset with the customer support. With more complicated Shopify stores they cannot help very much as they continue to give generic advise that does not even apply to our catalog.

I'm always hesitant about apps rated a full 5.0 stars, but now I can see why. Their customer service is amazing, and they really try to help you out whenever you need it. From a ROI perspective, their app has saved me so much money compared to the other apps, and the cherry on top is that this POSTSCRIPT has given back incredible return. Absolutely recommend it. Seems to work well so far. Instructional videos to get it set up are helpful. Being able to chat with tech support is great and they were able to help me when I couldn't get an image to load within the pop-u with timer feature. Everything is really customizable. We'll see how the reaction from customers turn out but set up and everything seems good so far.

This app is a little bit pricey, but I think the social validation it provides should help your store and make up for it. Kudos to this app!
Signifyd has been a great app for us because we can trust that this will filter the fraudulent orders. We no longer need to check and review each order. I love how I can customize the settings to fit to our business needs. There is no setup work either as all I have to do is log in and my shopify orders are all in the homepage. This app has been extremely easy to work with.
Our company has gone through many different third party shipping programs and I can say that we are very happy with ShipStation. Not only is ShipStation easy and friendly to use, but it saves us so much time in shipping high volume of orders. I personally love the fact that it's so organized. It definitely helps us get through each day processing orders a lot faster than before. We are highly satisfied with ShipStation. :)
