This is the best-looking and feeling Gamify app in the app store and it offers a wide variety of fun games for our customers. It doesn’t affect page load times and is extremely easy to use. The results are phenomenal! We generated over 100 emails in just two days using this app, achieving a 10% conversion rate. After I suggested a feature idea to William, it was implemented within three hours on a Friday night. Although it wasn’t an easy task, it was executed even better than I had recommended or imagined! I am extremely happy with this app, and after testing many others, I consider it the best option for spinning wheel campaigns. I received several emails from ZipChat and initially wasn’t too thrilled about them. Basically, every company claims they’re better than the competition, and it was the same here. However, after a few not-so-great experiences with my previous chat plugin, I decided to give ZipChat a chance—even though it’s relatively expensive for a small shop like ours. In the end, I have to say I almost regret not having installed ZipChat sooner. The AI learns completely on its own, and you can also train it manually. The responses are so good that on our very first day we made a sale through the AI chat and even won a new customer. For me, it’s an absolute must-have app—not least because of Carlo’s outstanding support in accommodating my special requests. Thank you very much; we will definitely stick with you.

This is the BEST and SMARTEST inventory forecasting app in the entire app store! I tried dozens of apps and they were not integrated with Shopify and were so complicated to use that employees always had problems using them once a week. This one is not only smart because it has features like snooze products but it is so usability optimized that it is self-explanatory to use. What's more, the support team is always available, even late at night, and is open to new ideas! Thank you Valdis, we are very happy!

This is app is a rocket. I tried several things, even fiverr. With ok results but this app is awesome, for us its a game changer and i totally recommend it. maybe it feels a little bit too expensive but the result is really good.

awesome! this is great and support even better! maybe you can think about to not show all articles from one order because some of our orders are having 100 articles. would be better for us to show one article from each order and see more orders :)

Such a cool feature for telling our customers how much we love them. But there are still some things that are way better then only the idea behind this app. First of all thank you for such an outstanding support, they realized things from which we never dreamed before. Steve was really motivated to fit the app exactly to our needs and to be honest that really was work!
